"Comfortable older style property with all mod cons clean with a spectacular outlook. One small gripe. Very aggressive magpies in the pines. A hat outdoors is essential. Maybe a gentle warning so visitors know to wear a hat. "

"Eagles Nest was perfect for me. It is dog friendly, and the enclosed yard was secure. Liked walking the Oyster trail which you can access just across the road. Long Beach was also a great dog friendly walking beach just down the road. A very quiet spot with comfortable furnishings where I didn't feel uncomfortable every time my dogs moved. I hope we can stay there again. I also hope any future pet parents ensure their fur babies behave and respect this space as there are not enough like it"

"To be able to stay in a cottage actually on the beach is so special; hearing the waves lapping at the shore while you are in bed. Everything you need, except maybe a dryer, but hang the washing on the line, and it will be dry in a flash. Spotlessly clean. A terrific place to stay."

"This is such a great place and quiet location. We had 5 adults including 3 younger people, and everyone loved the layout, interior decor, facilities, well-stocked kitchen, wi-fi and beach views. The additional caring touches of coffee pods, special teas, bread making machine and ingredients all made it wonderful. Spotlessly clean. Lovely linen. The communication with Greg was outstanding, he was so quick to message back and generous with his information, advice, flexibility and openness. We would highly recommend this place, it's a fantastic spot. Thank you Greg and Sue!"

"The Rising Tide provided us a cozy and well equipped home away from home with a view of the bay to continuously remind us we were on holiday. We could prepare our meals from the kitchen and watch the kids kayaking on the water. All the furnishings were comfortable and clean. It was lovely to have bedding and towels provided. Appliances all worked well and there was endless hot water for getting everyone showered after a day at the beach. We discovered some nice walks and good food at the Woodshed Cafe. Each morning we could choose to spend the day fishing locally and relaxing around the house or making a day trip to explore the many beautiful beaches 10 - 40 minutes away. We enjoyed Cole's Point, Golden Island and Farm Beach. The Pig Farm and Rock Pools were also great destinations. We filled 8 nights here with time to both adventure and rest. All in all we were really happy that we had made the trip from Adelaide. We agreed that we would be back again one day."

"The property had ample beds etc and the kitchen had plenty of cutlery, utensils, crockery and cookware. However, the property has aging decor and furnishings from decades ago and was very musty. To disguise this, air fresheners has been placed throughout the place, resulting in quite an allergic reaction. Even after a week.if airing it often the mustiness remained."
