The blinds in the main room did not close and were broken, there was no privacy, also the door on the dishwasher was broken, so some maintenance required to keep up standards.

Well equipped, great location
Great apartment which literally had everything we needed. The location was spot on. If I'm being super fussy the floors are quite thin so we could hear the child running around upstairs but it didn't disrupt our sleep or enjoyment. I would gladly stay here again.

It was a large spacious apartment, modern decor and furnishing and very well equipped with everything for a home from home. Private free parking under the building was very useful. 5 minute walk to supermarket and a Mainline train station, all help to make this apartment an excellent experience and one we will repeat.

Nice stay at a quiet time of year
Follow the instructions provided clearly to find the entrance. Whilst the building is easily spotted from the road the entrance is quite concealed. Once inside the place is in good condition with all the furniture in very condition. Whilst the place clearly had a easy once over of clean it clearly needs a little more attention to detail on this. We have a good layer of crumbs under the sofa, we easily cleaned using the vacuum provided. We decided not to use either oven as they really needed a deep clean. We were lucky we went at a quiet time as the walls are not very sound absorbing and sound travels through easily. Also, we could easily hear the foot steps of the people living above. But apart from that all was really good. Secure allocated parking, and many shops near by kept costs down. Family really enjoyed the stay.

Equinox Place Luxury 2BR Apartment
Self check-in was slightly difficult with a few access codes but we got in with no issues and its good to know how secure the property is. We had an issue with the flat Saturday morning and called the guest services mobile number, said issue was rectified and apologised for immediately by Craig(?) very polite and responsive. We were given a new property with the same spec and complimentary late check out as a goodwill gesture. Kitchen well equipped- but bring your own non stick pan! No washing up liquid or sanitizer to clean up own mess but hallelujah there is a dishwasher. There are no staff on site which to be honest we as a couple prefer- more ‘homely’ and private than a hotel. Busy main road outside but two fans are provided in the apartment and balcony lovely. One slight complaint- blackout blinds may be more suited to bedrooms! Bedroom very light from 6am so no lie in :(

Superb stay
Amazing place. Location is just next to Farnborough railway station.superbly clean and comfortable. We found all utilities for a comfortable 6 days stay. Only flip side was lack of procedure to get out of the building once the keys are deposited in the box. Only way to open the door is with keys which you just returned. Otherwise, for the property part and stay, the place is flawless. A bit overpriced though

Wonderful experience will stay again
Was surprised at how clean and tidy the apartment was. The fans were a bonus as it was so hot. Then staff were excellent in helping as I did not pick up my details from home. Would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for everything. Will stay again
