I loved it's quality of decor and furnishing, the spacious rooms, food choices, pool and access to the airport. It's more like a boutique hotel than guesthouse, I wish I'd been staying longer.

Really cute little hotel that is very modern and a short drive from some lovely beaches. The rooms are really well decorated and large and the pool area is really nice and clean with comfortable outdoor seating. Super close to the airport too which is nice.

This small boutique hotel, close to the airport is ideal for a quick stopover. The staff was amazing. A little oasis with a beautiful pool was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommend!

We were upgraded from a standard room which had a nice view. The complimentary drink was a nice touch. All the staff we encountered were great and the food was better than anticipated.It was an easy 15 minute walk to the airport - even in the dark.

Beautiful property, convenient to the airport. Lovely lunch and free drinks, rooms are clean and spacious. Lovely patio, Staff were very kind and helpful. The only thing I’d mention is the carpeting going up to the rooms is very dirty/stained.

The Ria Formosa is a very nice, clean hotel. The pool looked very clean and inviting. We were only there 1 night before our flight. We enjoyed a meal and glass of wine.

I stayed for 1 night only, the room was very clean and spacious. The hotel located on a quiet corner with a beautiful river view. 15 min walk/7 min drive to the airport. Highly recommend!!!

Just returned from an amazing weekend staying at the Ria Formosa. A short walk from the airport, ideal if you’re travelling light. The staff were welcoming and friendly and the room was exceptionally clean. We stayed in the Royal room, it went well above our expectations and the hot tub was lovely and clean. The breakfast was great value for money, everything was fresh and tasty. All in all an absolute hidden gem, can’t think of anything that could have been better and we will definitely be back! Thank you for making our mini holiday so lovely!

Very good hotel

I had a great stay at this hotel. It was exceptionally clean, and the bathroom was both spotless and spacious. The breakfast is definitely worth it—everything was fresh and well-prepared. The hotel's location is also a major plus, being so close to the airport. We even received a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The staff were very friendly and made the experience even better. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing boutique hotel with great amenities. The primary reason for this place is its proximity to the airport, but it’s the type of place that would be amazing for more nights, and I wish we had known how much of a gem this place was and we would have stayed longer! We utilized the spa (hot tub, pool and sauna) and even the food at the bar was fantastic with our welcome drinks which were a nice touch. We rented the bikes for an afternoon and biked to the beach for a picnic. Loved our stay and the staff were so nice. Will definitely be recommending the Guest House to friends

Fantastic stay, would return

Lovely warm welcome. Beautiful stay, all very high spec appliances and furniture and well equipped. Stayed in Room 201, which was huge and came a hot tub and great view. Breakfast was very good. Robes and slippers available for use of pool or spa facilities. Within walking distance to airport but very peaceful. Within easy access by key tourist points by taxi/ car - free carpark on site. Bar & Pool open until 22:00. Lovely lounge with TV and board games. Such a great stay.

Driving up I was concerned because you travel through a very residential neighborhood that doesn’t look like it can support a hotel. But then you pull up to a gate and behind it is this fabulous boutique hotel. Maybe only 10 rooms but they are clean, modern and beautiful. It has a nice lounge area and the pool and hot tub are lovely. This was a 10/10 great find!

We stayed here to use the pool but the pool was extremely cold(not heated). It is quite a winding route to get to it. It is indeed away from it all-the planes taking off at the nearby airport didn’t bother us.
