"Very helpfull and utterly kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accomodations. There is a huge swimming pool and a warm one. Nature does the rest: the lake and surroundings are spectacular with many possible activities. Perhaps some options are a bit overpriced."

"All the staff are super friendly and help full. The Hotel was fantastic!! The beach was amazing!! Everyone went out of their way to help us find things to do around Naples. "Beautiful property. Lovely staff, particularly Alfredo in the bar. Sadly, the food was not to our taste. We ate in the dining room twice, our first meal was poor - seafood pasta gooey and overly fishy. Seabream so salty almost inedible. Our second meal was much better, spectacular lamb and pulled pork. Regardless, we enjoyed our experience but would suggest servers do a quality check on the meals. "

"Questo “albergo”, se così si può chiamare, è davvero aberrante. Una struttura squallida e fatiscente. Camere vecchie e malandate con porte che si chiudono a malapena, mobili rotti, ventole d’aspirazione super rumorose. Il personale non rispetta nessuna delle regole in essere per la pre e zio e al covid e nessuno degli ospiti o del personale indossava la mascherina (in nessuna istanza)"
