"The room was tidy and organized. We ordered drinks from the bar 3 times and was satisfied every time. The breakfast was diverse, but the price could be a bit cheaper. We did not visit the gym, but from the images it looks wonderful. The view from the hotel lobby was gorgeous. The valet was excellent, and all the staff were very inviting and nice. The hotel has a positive and glorious atmosphere. Overall, I rate 6/5 and will definitely be visiting this hotel in the near future!"

"Stayed here for a concert at the United Theater, conveniently situated next door! Room was great and staff service excellent. Downtown LA is not the safest area, but that's to be expected. I would stay here again for a concert in the area."

"It looked clean overall. But we did manage to see a roach or 2 in the room. Usually I have no complaints since this hotel is a convenience to just relax with the gf. But I guess just pay more attention to detail so no roaches appear again"
