Fantastic Place
This was our families first time in Tenerife and WOW! At first driving from the airport you can see all these beautiful mountains and views then the sat nav says take a left and you start driving up one of those mountains into an amazing village called Fasnia. The villia has unbelievable views in a safe space for all family. Will be returning.

Déception totale !
Notre séjour à la Villa Arali a été une grande déception. Deux heures avant notre arrivée, après que notre avion ait atterri, nous avons été informés qu’il y avait un problème d’eau dans la villa (sans précisions particulières). A ce moment-là, le gérant nous a assuré que nous pouvions demander l’annulation et que nous serions remboursés…mais impossible pour nous de trouver un hébergement d’une semaine pour 8 personnes. Le gérant ne nous a proposé aucune aide pour la recherche de cet hébergement et nous a simplement demandé si nous avions besoin qu’il nous apporte de l’eau ! La situation, une fois sur place, s’est révélée compliquée. Une piscine fuyarde, un entretien général bancal (fauteuils extérieurs cassés, propreté médiocre…) et un gérant totalement indifférent à la problématique de manque d’eau. Très déçus, nous ne recommandons absolument pas cette villa.
