"I had the worst experience with a host. After I booked and paid through Vrbo, for 48 nights for 14 persons, the owner asked for an additional payment of 42% of the price. I thought it is unbelievable. I did not accept this, I wanted to cancel. After some days of messaging, when the emergency state was imposed in France and she realized she will not get other guests, she accepted my offer to pay a small additional amount and finalized the booking. "We had a wonderful holiday. The location is in idilic countryside and farmland. There are sheep, cows and pigs all close by. We liked our visits to nearby Conches and Everaux. We were very happy to make a trip to Paris from here in order to see the Olympic football. Our son loved the pool which was kept beautifully. What a wonderful holiday. Thank you."

"I loved this Gite , it had traditional parts with exposed beams , all the bathrooms were nice and modern with fantastic showers. I loved the glitter paint in the master bedroom. The garden was gorgeous and so peaceful. The Gite was very central close to the river, bar and restaurants, the supermarket was an 8 minute walk away around the corner. There was a lovely walk up the hill to Chateau Gillard with amazing views. Also central to were we wanted to vist . We loved it."
