"In the middle of the countryside but with shops only a short drive away, it was the perfect setting for a family holiday. "This is an intriguing house full of character, unexpected corners and evidence of a long past family history. There are lots of pictures, books and masses of equipment of every sort (some quite old). There is lots of space, some impressive downstairs rooms and attractive bedrooms, with comfortable beds.
