"First morning we were there the toilet was blocked which was very unfortunately. The maintenance and manager dealt with it efficiently and by the time we returned in the afternoon it had been fixed. Great location
"Fantastic location. Restaurant and bar very good. Breakfast buffet very good. Bridge view room was brilliant with an amazing panoramic view of Tower Bridge, River Thames and surrounding areas. Only downside was the bathroom in need of an update. Would definitely visit again."
