Our open-concept living space features an Smart TV with streaming capabilities and cable—perfect for Razorbacks game day or a weekend retreat with friends. When you're not exploring Fayetteville's culinary delights, our fully stocked kitchen awaits your culinary creations. When it is time to turn in for the night; choose between the King bedroom or the queen sized pull out couch.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. LOVED this condo! The decor ~ everything Razorbacks ~ was perfect for us, as we love our HOGS! Parked at the door ~ walked to everything on Dickson St. Enjoyed the peacefulness of the balcony that evening, listening to Piano Bar across the street ~ perfect distance/not loud at all. Wish we could have stayed longer - just a one night stop before business trip that weekend in Rogers. Will definitely stay again!
