"I was at the end of the hall on the third floor. I was here for work, I work midnights so I sleep during the day. There must have been an exit or maintenance closet or something because there was banging most of the day. Breakfast was wonderful and fresh every day. The staff greeted me with a smile and while a few I couldn't understand overall I had no problem."

"This was the 3rd time we stayed here and we were told that the 2nd time we were there that the bath mat was wet and left on the floor by the bed and used to clean up floor. Then he said it had to be thrown away. Mind you we didn't even know this happened and we are talking about a $3 bath mat. We were also told we were going to be charged a $35 deposit for our stay the 3rd time. He did forgo the deposit but we were not very happy."

"This house is a really big and beautiful home.My family and I had such a good time they suggested coming back this summer to also enjoy the outside. I did not have to wait a long time for the host to get back to me and the host Pamela was very accommodating so overall my family and I will be back this summer ."

"Very happy with our stay! Right outside of a little downtown area and the police department is across the street. It was very quiet, which we enjoy. There are two bedrooms upstairs - queen bed and twin bed. Additionally the living room has a queen sleeper inside of the couch. Plenty of dishes, towels, and anything else you would need. "We had a great stay at Franklin house. The home was clean and kept up and in a very peaceful setting yet close to things we wanted to do. Kathryn was available when/if we needed her and she is a wonderful Host. We were there for a weekend to visit Amish country, Serpent Mound and Arc of Appalachia. We definitely would recommend staying here for a nice get-away."
