Fabulous and super location
Beautiful property that is spacious and in real life looks even better than the pictures. Enjoyed the sunny outdoor deck. One little comment would be the mattress; is very soft . Otherwise it’s perfect and a few minutes walk from the harbour/beach, Benedict palace , shops, churches and station. Owner Sylvie is very responsive and kind. Would highly recommend this place !

Amazing property
A beautiful property very clean and close to the harbour restaurants bars and promenade. Hosts were great too. The only issue we have is that in the lusting it does not say that you have to pay to use the sauna and spa. The listing makes it sound like you can use it whenever. We had to pay the hist 60 euros for 2 hours which had to be booked in advance. We did do this and it was lovely and very relaxing but a bit of a shock as we did not budget for this.

Nous avons passé une semaine agréable dans l'appartement original de Sylvie et Patrice, des hôtes très accueillants et sympathiques qui ont eu à coeur de nous donner les infos essentielles sur les lieux à visiter et les restaurants incontournables. L'appartement est à 5 mn à pied de la gare. Dans l'appartement les espaces jour et nuit sont bien délimités, tout le mobilier est en bon état ainsi que l'électroménager. La décoration est faite avec goût, avec des objet chinés semble-t-il. La grande terrasse est un plus très appréciable surtout quand il fait beau. L'appartement est très confortable et nous le recommandons sans aucune restriction!

Oase der Ruhe mitten in der Stadt
Das Apt.ist geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, ich habe mich sofort sehr wohl gefühlt und die Terrasse ausgiebig genossen. Strand, Restaurants und Geschäfte sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Vielen Dank an Sylvie und Patrice!

Wundervolle Ferienwohnung
In der sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten und voll ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung konnten wir unseren Aufenthalt in der Normandie sehr genießen. Das Fenster zwischen Wohn- und Schlafzimmer lässt die Wohnung sehr großzügig erscheinen und trennt doch beide Bereiche angenehm voneinander ab. Auf der Terrasse konnten wir (was das Wetter oft zuließ) Frühstück und Abendessen genießen. Der Kontakt mit Sylvie und Patric war sehr nett völlig unkompliziert.

Eine traumhafte Woche in Fecamp
Dank der tollen Unterkunft und des super Wetters hatten wir schöne Tage in Fécamp. Das Apartment war genau wie in der Anzeige beschrieben und war ein tolles Zuhause für die Zeit. Sylvie ist eine sehr nette, hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt neben dem "Palais Bénédictine" in einer ruhigen Seitengasse. Dort parkt man auch sein Auto. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung entspricht exakt der Realität. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die maritime Dekoration ist sehr geschmackvoll, ebenso das Badezimmer mit großer Dusche. Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock eines vor Kurzem renovierten Hauses. Im Sommer kann man eine großzügige Außenterrasse nutzen. Das alles ist schon toll, aber das Beste ist die Lage der Wohnung mitten in der Stadt! Wichtige Geschäfte sind zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso Restaurants oder Sehenswürdigkeiten. Bis zum Strand geht man vielleicht 10 Minuten. Fécamp ist eine nette Stadt in einer sehenswerten Region. Ich habe mich in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt! Merci à Sylvie, la sympathique propriétaire ! Je reviendrai avec plaisir !

Es ist eine sehr schöne Fewo mit einer tollen Dachterrasse. Nahe Strand und Boulevard gelegen erreicht man gut auch die Restaurants. Sylvie und Patrice sind sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber, die jederzeit für uns da waren. Die Verständigung mit Englisch klappte gut. Wir waren rund herum sehr zufrieden.

Nous avions aimé les photos et n'avons pas été déçus par la réalité : appartement d'une propreté irréprochable, bien décoré et très confortable. Rien ne manque. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Besonders schön war die verbundene Innenhofterrasse (auf einer Holzkonstruktion) ohne Straßenlärm (man musste nur auf die Möwen achtgeben). Unsere Vermieterin wahr sehr freundlich und bemüht. Kommunikation verlief per WhatsApp. Wir hatten ein sehr schöne Zeit.

Tolle Unterkunft in einer Atemberaubenden Gegend
Das Gitte ist genauso wie beschrieben, DANKE liebe Sylvie für die tollen Informationen rund um die Region und den leckeren Kuchen. Zur Info: der Wellnessbereich ist kostenpflichtig, für 2 Personen 60€, es ist aber ein Paket mit Jacuzzi, Sauna, ital. Dusche usw.
