"Overall positive stay. There are a few things that could enhance the experience: the kitchen is quite bare and doesn’t have a lot of essentials (baking sheets, pots, many plates/cups, spices). Furniture is a bit outdated and the beds are not very comfortable. However, great location near golf courses and a state park. Great views. Enough space for a get together with friends."

The kitchen and dining area were convenient and included everything we needed to cook our own meals, make coffee, and enjoy game time together at the table in the evening. There was ample sleeping quarters for 6 adults and 2 kids. The house was very clean and warm, and the views amazing with balcony’s on all three levels. The host was amazing and went out of her way to make us comfortable, even brought us extra drinks and snacks midway through our stay. "I didn't pay much attention to the secluded description in the listing, but the rental is in a very odd location. It's set back from the main road with a long, somewhat hidden driveway. As you drive up to the house, the land behind it is fenced with barbed wire on top, there are several sheds and an old moving truck on jacks. Not very welcoming and a little creepy.
