Welcome to this cozy townhouse in the center of Portocolom, just 290 meters from the seashore. It offers a private pool and barbecue and has a capacity for 6 guests.

The outdoor area of this charming townhouse is perfect for enjoying the summer near the sea. It features a refreshing private chlorine pool measuring 5.50 x 3 meters and with a constant depth of 1.60 meters. Additionally, you can sunbathe on the loungers, have an aperitif at the outdoor table under the parasol, or enjoy a delicious barbecue on the porch next to the house. The property is fenced, located in the center of the village, and has nearby neighbors.

The house boasts a cozy traditional style, and all its rooms are on the ground floor. The dining-living room is equipped with a fireplace, Smart TV, satellite channels, and a table for 6 diners. The separate kitchen has a ceramic hob and everything you need to cook during your stay. You will also find the washing machine here. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 of them with double beds, and the other two with two single beds each. There are also two bathrooms with showers. Iron and ironing board are available in the house, and we can provide a crib and a high chair if you are traveling with your baby. Finally, the living room and all the bedrooms have air conditioning with a heat pump.

Portocolom is one of the most popular destinations on the island of Mallorca. It is a traditional fishing village with lots of charm, where you will find all the necessary services for your stay, such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. Cala Marçal, with its white sand and crystal-clear waters, is the main beach and is just over a kilometer from the house. After a day at the beach, you may want to stroll along the seashore admiring the old fishermen's houses or through the narrow streets of the back area of the promenade, where you will find numerous boutiques and souvenir shops.

- The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. - The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
