Great communication from the hotel staff via email (before check in), any other communication via sms. "Skønt hotel hvor hele familien kan være samlet i en lejlighed. Hvis der skal være noget negativ er det sengetøjet larmer. Det er lidt irriterende når så mange sover tæt og nogle mere lydfølsomme end andre. Men kommer helt sikkert igen. "

"Nem indtjekning. Fin lille hytte til overnatning for en familie på 4. Gode senge, dejligt varmt (ankomst i januar). Stadig malertape på væggen, men ellers velindrettet med spisebord, mindre køkken (meget få køkkenting), sofa og tv. Dejligt område med skov/vandretur og stort område bag campingpladsen med svævebane, bakker, hytter, klatretårn og bålsted. Vi overnattede ifm stævne i vejlby-risskov hallen og det var meget tæt på og perfekt med ro om natten og mulighed for selv at lave mad."

"The cabins are old and need a bit of work. In the ‘wet’ room bathroom, the water from the shower ran away from the drain and out towards the kitchen. The crockery, pots and pans weren’t clean and the mattresses were stained, saggy and soft. It’s very basic accommodation but as they charge you more than a family room at a good hotel it needs to be much better."

Der Holzboden war im Wohnbereich kaputt ( Verletzungsgefahr ) an den Fliesen am Kamin standen große Schrauben raus. Im Bad und Wohnzimmer sämtliche Krabbeltiere unterwegs. Betten voller Urin und Blutflecken. Ich konnte so weiter machen mit meinen Aufzählungen, das würde aber den Rahmen sprengen. Fotos davon gibt es genügend von uns. Das schlimme ist Novasol. Kein...

"Ausstattung und Aufteilung sind für uns als 5-köpfige Familie sehr gut geeignet. Die Küche ist für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt ausgestattet. Die Betten sind gut, die Kopfkissen die besten, die wir jemals in einem Ferienhaus hatten. Fjellerup ist ein typischer Ferienort, aber nicht eng. Benjamin ist ein sehr freundlicher, zuvorkommender Vermieter. Die Kommunikation war optimal."

Das Haus hat genügend Sitz- und Aufenthaltsgelegenheiten, so das man auch früh Morgens dem leichtem Wind ausweichen kann. Die Sauberkeit im Haus und auch die gepflegte Gartenanlage verdienen volle Punktzahl. Auch kam 2 mal ein Poolservice um Funktion zu prüfen und auch diesen Reinigte. Es gab auch kleine Rücksprachen...

"Die Lage ist Top, man ist umgeben vom Meer und kommt dort auch schnell zu Fuß hin. Das Haus ist leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen und unglaublich dreckig. Da wurde schon länger nicht richtig geputzt. Wir mussten alles selbst nochmal reinigen. Zum Glück waren wir tagsüber immer unterwegs, denn lange verweilen mag man dort nicht. Wirklich schade, dass so ein schönes Haus so verkommen gelassen wird."

"Newer property, huge room, and very clean. The only downside was the noise level at night. when we were settling in to go to sleep you could hear drunk people yelling and screaming around, there are a few bars just a few doors down and it was disruptive. Luckily my daughter and I were exhausted and managed to fall back asleep after the first night, however the following 7 nights we put in our noise cancelling airpods. I’d stay again though because it was a good location and a newer hotel so everything was modern. Staff were great, super helpful, and very kind. "

"We can’t recommend the Hotel Royal more. The service was the best we’ve ever experienced in our 30+ years or traveling—and I’m not overstating that. The people were so friendly, caring, and helpful.
