authentisches Rustico, sauber renoviert
Haus liegt mitten in einer Ansammlung älterer Gebäude. Anfahrt für sehr große Fahrzeuge nicht einfach (halt wie oft im Land), aber großzügiger Parkplatz. Objekt wird als Wohnung angeboten, wirkt aber mehr als Haus über zwei Ebenen. Durch die Lage mittendrin sehr ruhig. Kleiner Lebensmittelladen am Ort und Gastronomie in der näheren Umgebung: da fehlt nichts.

Un appartement original restauré avec beaucoup de gout et au calme. L'accueil est sympathique. La propreté est méticuleuse. La mise à disposition du linge est généreuse .Un petit peu plus de renseignements sur le village lui même serait bienvenu. Seul bémol: le lit grince à chaque mouvement

Très bon acceuil. Tout était très propre. Intérieur très joli et spacieux. Couchage très bien. Aucun bruit. La terrasse est très agréable et petit jardin agréable pour les enfants. Maison très bien placée, dans joli village. A 15 min d'aoste. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec 2 enfants. Nous y retournerons. Merci bcp au propriétaire.

A recommander !!!
Nous avions fait cette réservation à l'aveugle puisqu'il n'y avait pas encore d'évaluation. Nous avons bien fait. Très belle surprise. Gîte simple et typique dans un village très calme avec des voisins discrets et accueillants. A 15 minutes de la ville d'Aosta. Boulangerie et supérette à 5min à pied. Nous soulignons la propreté du gîte et la communication avec Stefania. Les linges de lit et serviettes sont fournis. Le gîte se compose d'une chambre avec sdb à l'étage, d'un salon avec divan lit double, cuisine et sdb au rez-de-chaussée. Une petite terrasse privative et un jardinet commun avec un autre gîte sont également à disposition. Points peut-être à améliorer la qualité des matelas. Néanmoins, pour toutes les autres raisons précitées, nous le recommandons vivement et reviendrons.

Une location au top comme nous aimons. Un appartement hyper confortable avec une qualité de prestations digne d'un hotel ****. Tout est réuni pour le grand confort (2 salles de bains, grand salon, mezzanine, très belle chambre avec grand balcon tout cela dans un cadre authentique et au calme. Parking privé au pied de la location, jardin verdoyant. L'accueil fut d'une extrême gentillesse. Des vacances à FENIS que nous n'oublierons pas de si tot ! Et nous reviendrons.
