"Stayed here before and back there now . My only grips are the heating. It’s like the system at work but seems stuck on 16 so it’s cold and you only get two bath towels regardless of how long you stay, you are expected to wash them and no tea towels even though no dishwasher."

"Everyone enjoyed the comfortable atmosphere of Fletcher Hall with so much to do. The pool and games room were well used, especially by the children. It was warm and well equipped. The host recognised the occasions we were celebrating & left a few nice surprises. It is close to Lytham & St. Anne’s, which are lovely places to visit. We only had one issue which we discussed with the host, and will hopefully be addressed."

"Contacted property manager and Vrbo the day before to enquire about accessing the property. Received no response. Called the owner at 9.15 on the day. He sounded confused but raised no issue, so I got on with my day. Received a text after 10.30 to say the property was not available! Apparently vrbo had not coordinated the availability. Host offered to book us into a local hotel…. Not ideal as we could have done that ourselves (and chosen a better hotel) but we had plans with friends and dinner...

"Fantastic stay with Barry, Barry was very helpful, friendly, accommodating and showed us everything we needed. The annexe was exceptionally clean, bed was very comfortable, also a great range of breakfast options which we were not expected so a lovely bonus to the stay. The property is not far from the train station and is in a beautiful and peaceful setting. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. Thank you so much To Barry and his family for being so welcoming, we really enjoyed...

"The room was in a terrible condition with marks all over the walls, broken picture frames, stained sofa cushions, a window that was locked open, mould in the kitchen and bathroom, and a collapsed bed! There were no staff on hand to deal with our issues and Hotels.com could not reach them via their contact details either. We left the night we arrived and the hotel refused to issue a refund and kept our security deposit. Stay well away from this hotel!"

"Room was super clean and spacious. Ned comfortable. Only negative was that the lights on the heaters glow so brightly that room wasnt dark and that kept waking me up. Seating area near bar is tired and could do with upholstering and the floor was littered and untidy, however the rest of the hotel was clean and tidy. "Decent size room with twin beds for my friend and me. The restaurant is onsite with a good choice of food and good value . We were visiting Oswaldtwistle Mills so an overnight stay at Willows is very convenient and good value. They now have EV charging stations which is excellent news. "
