The main level was okay temperature wise with a travel fan; however, the third floor was horrible even with a travel fan. I would highly recommend investing in two fans per room or air conditioning. "Wir haben unsere Wohnung über Fewo-Direkt gebucht. Da wurde uns eine sehr schöne Unterkunft vermittelt. Dass es sich dabei um Hotel handelte erfuhren wir dann erst vor Ort. Auch betraten wir erst mal eine leere Lobby, ein sehr gehetzter, Italienischer Hausmann stöhnte im Obergeschoss, anscheinend unser Check-In service. "Wir beide haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Empfang durch den Gastgeber war sehr freundlich. Während des Aufenthaltes gab er uns gute Tipps zu Ausflugzielen, Einkauf etc. Das Appartement war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und lag zentral, direkt in der Altstadt von Markdorf. Vom Balkon konnte man sogar eine kleine Ecke des Bodensees erkennen. Alles in allem ein sehr runder Urlaub."

"Lake Constance is a wonderful area for vacations. The Plaza Hotel in Friedrichshafen is located a bit outside of downtown. Its a hotel with breakfast only. No restaurants nearby. Parking was a bit of a challenge at times, more cars than spaces. Breakfast buffet was excellent every day. The service was pleasant/friendly. "
