"This property was a great stay! Our group planned a 3 day get away to winerys in the Geneva area, and this property was in the perfect area for us. It seemed like which ever direction we went it was only a short drive. Geneva was right down the road and Geneva on the Lake was only a 13 minute drive. House was in a very nice quiet neighborhood and was easy to get to. We made a list of winerys the girls wanted to visit and set out Friday morning. Had a blast the entire day. Ended up meeting some locals and they told us where to eat that night. The restaurant was called the Farm, the Butcher, and the Chef. If your a steak lover, you'll love this place. The other winery/restaurant we liked was the Old Mill. Saturday was about the same but visited some local town bars and headed to Geneva on the lake. Most of the bars and restaurants were open but many of the other places were closed for the season. We would definitely recommend this place again. the Lake was a 13 minute drive, "

"My girlfriend and I were looking for a quiet, rural place to celebrate our anniversary and we found the perfect place, we even enjoyed bowling a few games just down the road!!"

"The description of the villa can use a bit more verbiage and pics don’t support what all it has to offer. It sets back in on a gravel road that has 5 other like villas that are all appointed for 1-3 persons. The villas all span over a short radius. They are definitely not on top of one another by any means but within visual distance of another. We stayed in the villa Woodard which is the only one of its size (4 bedrooms). The villa set up is pretty genius: The villa is more like walking into an apartment or condo style of place. There are 3 complete separate living quarters. When you walk into the villa your presented with a set of stairs either leading you to the top level or a set of stairs going to the ground level. It’s a short 5-6 set up steps either way, so nothing too challenging. The bottom level has a queen bedroom & king bedroom containing a shared kitchenette & bathroom. All are in separate areas. The top level is an exact replica that is divided into separate spaces with both sides of the villa featuring a kitchenette, living room, bathroom and bedroom and small balcony. The pictures do not describe the villa details and wasn’t sure what to expect when we arrived. In all honesty 3 separate strangers could rent this villa and would never impede on one another. The villa is very new clean and met our needs extremely well. Will stay here again. Would be even better with stove or grill.or girill"

"This was a great property with numerous amenities like the fishing pond, gazebo and fire pit. The occasion was the annual brothers and sons "mancation" and there was plenty of room for everyone. There was confusion about the code to gain entry into the house but it was resolved after contacting the property owner. We highly recommend!"
