"It was supposed to be a pay at hotel, they messaged a month before demanding that I pay via paypal. (sketchy but I trusted) They never mentioned it was a 5th floor with no elevator(had my mom that has trouble with so many stairs). "Communication was difficult because we only had to write in Italian at the beginning. In the advert, English and Italian are indicated as languages. A phone number is also provided, but the call is rejected. Finally, the communication was moved to WhatsApp. Very strange! The apartment smelled really bad all 3 days we were there. The kitchen facilities were of a very low standard."

"The suite was roomy and acceptably clean. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom sink drained very slowly. The water temperature was borderline too cold for a shower. "The host was not clear on a meeting place for entry into the property and apartment. He originally had suggested at the property entrance then changed to a bar next to the property, but we didn’t have network access so the bar rendezvous did not reach us. When we finally did meet, he was very upset with us because he needed to be someplace else. Keep in mind, he did not contact us until 4 hours prior to our check-in time… very stressful."

Within walking distance of the historic city centre, train station and a supermarket, it’s location was excellent. It has every amenity needed and was extremely clean and beautifully decorated.
