"The cabin was immaculate,we came for some music at the Floyd Country Store, some hiking and to visit some wineries; visited 3 wineries with some nice varietals each a little different, some morning hikes and evening music-weather was great and unseasonable warm for November, will likely visit agin in the dead of winter or early spring."

"Lori and David were amazing hosts! They were super friendly and had a really nice place! It was so clean and beautifully decorated. They had a keurig with coffee and even brought fresh eggs from their free range chickens. The porch was an absolutely amazing place to sit and relax whether at night or early morning. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking at this place. "

"We were visiting family in the area, and this little house was perfect for us. Very comfortable, had everything we needed, plus some. It’s obvious the hosts have tried to think of anything you might need during your stay. Just wish the weather hadn’t been so cold, would have loved to have sat on that great front porch and had my morning coffee. "

"Rented Blackwater for my 40th birthday celebration. I couldn't imagine a better place if I tried. The home is beautiful, comfortable, and well-appointed. The arcade was beyond my dreams! The decorations for Halloween made it even better. We're already planning a return in the summer. Communication with the host was fast and reliable, and they added some personal touches for my birthday that were very sweet and definitely appreciated. The kitchen also had everything we needed! I'm in love."

"This property was fantastic. What made it really stand out was the host paid attention to details like having coffee pods and sodas available to get you by until you have time to get to the store. Another huge plus was the kitchen. They did not skimp on knives or pots and pans. If I had to nitpick at anything, it's the location of the "en-suite" bathroom. It was great to have two separate showers and toilets but to get to it, you have to go through the master bedroom. Other than that,...
