First off, the room was so small you can not even open any clothing drawers or open the closet because the bed blocks in, the bathroom had zero water pressure and hotel refused to restock the shower gel after two attempts of contact and even the front desk would hang up on you, the location is horrid becauae nosiy car hirns all night outside thenhotel, they nickel and dime you on everything with zero courtesy on anything. This was an awful experience. The only reason i kept it at a 2 star instead of 1 star is the bed and pillows were comfortable thats it.

Booked because it was listed as having HVAC and once checked in quickly found out the AC was not working. Checked with the front desk and was told “there is no air conditioning only heating, feel free to open then window”. The following days my key card was disabled and had to get my card reprogrammed at the front desk, both times I went they did not ask for ID which was concerning. Place was okay but no AC was a deeply upsetting as that was a main selling point when booking.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The reception was warm and welcoming, the room was spacious with a great shower, and breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options. Everything felt well taken care of, making for a very comfortable experience. However, the service at the restaurants could be improved. While the food was good, the waitstaff seemed inattentive—I often had to ask multiple times for the same thing or wait several minutes just to place an order. A bit of training would make a big difference. Aside from that, the hotel was wonderful, and I would definitely stay again.

Stayed two nights, it was okay clean and location was great. I gave it average because the air conditioning system is not good at all, it needs to be checked. I think they have fan on not an AC. The breakfast buffet was awesome with varieties. I would recommend and stay again for overnight travel.
