"What a score this place is!! Perfect for a couples getaway. The access to a car made it possible for us to explore the whole island, which was exactly what we were looking for! James and Samantha also included a beach pass to Lamberts Cove. What a spectacular beach! It was very quiet, clean and easy to get to. Our hosts had excellent lines of communication open at all times and were very sensitive to our travel needs! We will be back!!!"

"Good eclectic mix of historical construction next to virtually new construction. A wonderful outdoor shower and a farmer’s field out back. House is by a 45MPH country road, which we already knew (my family owns a house about a mile or two away and we pass by this property almost every day we are on-island). A classic Marthas Vineyard summer home."

"Our family had a wonderful time at this cozy home only steps away from a very convenient supermarket and the bus stop that took us to the vineyard ferry. The owner was always available for questions and extremely helpful. We did bbq in the back deck as well as take our little dog McQueen to run in the back yard where she chased the rabbits and squirrels!! Overall we enjoyed every minute of our stay having same amenities as our home in Ny "

"We had such a wonderful stay at this house! The layout was perfect — all the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable for our whole group. We especially loved the bright, open living space and the kitchen, which made gathering together so easy. The house was clean and full of natural light.The back deck with its patio seating was the perfect spot for an early morning coffee, and the large open field was great for a soccer game with our group. Plus, the hot tub was an amazing bonus. It was so much fun after a long day!We truly enjoyed every part of our stay and would absolutely love to come back again!"
