"What an amazing little hotel!! Views, service, lovely room and bathroom, comfortable beds, clean, incredible breakfast!! We will be back or to their sister hotel next door the Belvedere. These are well run and we can’t say enough good things !! "
"Amazing views & room was very nice. Only negative I have is when trying to get some ice for drinks from bar staff was almost impossible. Location is great for the view & main town is not too far, but need to climb heaps of stairs to get there from hotel & difficult to get parking close to the main centre. "
"An absolutely gorgeous waterfront property that will instantly calm and relax you. My family and I (3 total) stayed a few days here in August and it was wonderful! there were a few things to keep in mind when booking here however. If you're looking for a touristy, night life place, this is probably not the place you're looking for. The surrounding town was definitely more local (i.e. English speakers might have some difficulty). Dining wise, the restaurant on site is wonderful, but if you want...
"What a special place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a beautiful location with a private deck and bathroom. The private beach was a plus for sure. "
"Great proximity to the marina and the train station. Unfortunately- we were there during the off season so half of the shops and restaurants were closed... which was a real bummer but even the restaurants that were open, didn't have a lot of patronage so I understand. We had a room with a view and the only bummer about it was that it was right next to the office which can be a little noisy during the day. Otherwise- the owners were great and the facility was very hospitable in meeting us at the...
"Dreaming of visiting Cinque Terre for years, we finally made it. I booked our room in advance, and got a great room at Scorci did Mare on the top with the balcony. It was everything I hoped for (plus lots of steps). We went out and walked around, brought a fresh Italian snack back and sat on the patio overlooking this beautiful city. I will be back. There a lots of hills and stairs here, be aware. The bed was hard compared to USA standard but it's normal for Italy in my previous travels. "
"We loved our stay here! The room is very spacious and has a large balcony where we enjoyed our breakfast each morning. The room also has closet space with hangers, a mini fridge, and a hair dryer. The free breakfast has lots of great options including any type of coffee you'd like! If you are not very mobile, this is not the hotel for you (and possibly not the city for you). Getting to the center of the town requires you to go up/down a very steep hill, and depending on what floor you're on...
"The Staff was excellent and went out of their way to accommodate us.
The hotel had parking access inside the gate to the town.
It was very clean and there was a simple breakfast in the morning with healthy options.
The only problem we had was that the bed was extremely hard. So hard the we both tossed all night and woke with terrible back and shoulder pains.
The bathroom was clean but the shower was so small you could not turn around in it.
Overall we give it a 4 as we needed a clean place...
"Amazing stay here! And the owner is so sweet, she let me leave my bags much longer than checkout. Can’t wait to come back here next year! Cheers from the Canadian traveller in December 2024"

"Our first time in Vernazza and we happen to find a pearl in the middle of a sea of hotels! The Pensione Sorriso, Eleena and staff were wonderful! There was such great and positive energy about the place. We were planning on staying only 1 day and decided stay for three days! The room was clean and comfortable. The area was right in the center of beautiful Vernazza and close to train station that made it easy to explore all of Cinque Terre! We would love to be back !!!"
"Great spacious room and very clean. Staff was very pleasant. My only issue is the darkness in the staircase at night. I had to use my iPhone light to see while going up."

"Lovely hotel, extremely nice and clean, didn't know they had daily house keeping so was pleasantly surprsied when coming back from a long day that the room and been cleaned. Would book again if I had to.
Only drawback was lack of parking though the station nearby had €1/€1.50 hourly rate but adds up for long periods of time."
