Welcome to Ocean Cove - part of the Bay Filey Holiday Village, it is ideal for couples or a growing family with children.

This cottage has recently been purchased by the owners and has been lovingly refurbished and remodelled prior to rental in January 2024. In January 2025 the en-suite was replaced and in March 2025 the main bathroom will be replaced.

Enter into the airy hallway with storage for all your essentials and access to the downstairs cloak / WC.

Walk through into the large open plan lounge diner with new corner sofa (for 5), large SMART TV, feature stove (electric not log) and large bifold doors across the width of the lounge opening onto the patio and BBQ area.

There is a large dining table and refurbished kitchen with plenty of equipment for 5 and includes dishwasher, washer, new fridge freezer etc as well as a Tassimo coffee machine (guest to supply pods).

Upstairs the property comprises of 1 king bedroom with en-suite shower room (and a glimpse of the sea) with a further second bedroom with double bed and single bed above (bunk style) . There is a large family bathroom complete with bath and overhead rainfall shower off the second bedroom.

Travel Cot and High Chair are available for use free of charge (own bedding required).

We leave a few games for our guests to use. This warm and cosy house is ideal for breaks all year round.

This property is part of The Bay Holiday Village and all bookings gain direct beach access, unlimited use of The Bay Filey Indoor Pool, Baby Pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Gym. Some amenities are chargeable locally like food and drink, tennis and any activities operated by Away Resorts such as Archery and Crafts.
