"This is a very traditional historic Swiss Hotel, located next to a bus station that is the end of the line (about a twenty minute scenic bus ride to St. Moritz). Because the hotel is very old, it has natural character and charm. That said, the bathrooms are modern. "The spa is downright false advertising. The hotel website has a whole page about the spa, featuring various steam rooms, etc, and saying the wellness area is open starting 8 in the morning. The reality is that all wellness facilities remained closed in the morning with the exception of a lukewarm bathtub sized whirlpool even after we complained to the hotel manager. Given that we picked this hotel because of the spa this was quite a turnoff. The room and the hotel bar were all right."

"The room was nicer than pictures online which is always a nice bonus. The check in was seamless and the staff checking us in were extremely friendly and helpful. The surrounding area is very quiet but is close enough to surrounding attractions that you can walk to or hop on a bus. The restaurant for the hotel does AMAZING pizza I would definitely recommend!
