"Rates are low, making the hotel a good value, but I don’t think the property deserves the high marks it gets online. The hotel sits off the interstate, so it’s a bit of a drive to the sights and restaurants in downtown Greenville. The rooms are okay but are showing their age. The staff let the hot food run out well before breakfast ended. On the plus side, the fancy coffee machine available round the clock is great!"

"New property so very fresh and bright. It caters to long term stays so no breakfast and house keeping or new towels have a fee. Lots of work trucks in the parking lot but plenty of open spots. The EV vehicle charging spots were frequently taken by non EV vehicles. I was able use the charger one of the 3 days of my stay. Was a good value at $80 a night. "
