"After a mix up with my booking on the first night much of it owing to me being a late arrival on a public holiday it was all sorted out by the manager Julianna the next morning and my stay here in room 202 on January 2nd to 3rd was one of the most pleasant and enjoyable I’ve had. "Staying at Athena motel was good value for money for our last minute trip. It was clean and comfortable. There were a couple of things like a softer mattress that my husband didn’t like and the cigarette smoke easily passed from the front of our neighbours room into ours. The checkin although friendly, left me feeling a little awkward as no one was available to help me with several luggage despite travelling alone with children.
