"After reading some reviews from the summer I wasn't holding up much hope. However, I was pleasantly surprised. It's slightly confusing on arrival maps says it's on your right. As you come over the bridge it is on the right but you need to turn left to go under the bridge to get to the carpark. Check in was easy and the lady was very friendly. The hotel is quirky as it's a sports centre too. Some corridors are quite dark. We booked for the pool and it looked lovely unfortunately our kids...
