"This the worst hotel we have stayed in that we have booked through Hotels.com. We booked for 5 nights and checked out after 1. We must thank hotels.com for sorting that out for us. They dealt with our complaints very professionally. We booked the biggest the room in the hotel. Was meant to be 55 square metres. Would be lucky if it was 35. the room hadn’t been cleaned. "This was a gem. Very pretty beach and close to pigeon island for snorkeling. Room was great. Breakfast was lovely. Staff super friendly and helpful. Pool was lovely too. Bar area was good. It was pretty quiet due to low season but felt like we were still well looked after. "
