"My sister and I stayed three nights. Located really close by both the central bus and train stations. Has some nice common areas throughout to catch up if you have a few people staying. Reception doubles as a bar with some food options, though we didn't try. Our first room was very spacious with a couch as well whereas our twin room was more European style. It had recently been refurbished which was nice. Both showers had good water pressure and were of a good size. As with a lot of European hotels we found the room quite warm, even after adjusting the temperature dial, but we sorted that by opening a window. We had a few dramas at check in but these were resolved. Initially we couldn't get the twin room we had requested at booking. They offered a double room for the first night and then to switch us to a twin room for the other two nights. For our inconvenience they gave us free breakfast so we were happy enough."

"2nd time staying in this hotel Staff are always very friendly. Breakfast is very good, has a lot of options. The rooms are always clean and quiet. Good value for money and location. Short walk to main shopping area and train station etc Would definitely go back "

"My penthouse room offered the loveliest view of the rooftops at night. I was grateful that I could open the window fully in order to let the cold air in. I found the bedroom and bathroom to be just the right size, though I couldn't use the subscription services on the TV since they didn't work with my US subscriptions. Is there a way around that? Thankfully, even though there were only 4 TV channels available, at least 1 played English-speaking shows regularly. It was great being able to access music videos as well. The staff were always super helpful. Even though I was incorrectly told that housekeeping would only go into my room if requested, my concerns were immediately addressed after I went downstairs with my complaint. I was provided with a DND hanger for my room that wasn't initially provided upon arrival. I was happy to have the situation addressed so quickly. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Despite not knowing about the hot food bar until my last full day, I was quite pleased with the selection of options available, particularly the gluten-free section. The hotel is also conveniently situated in the Ostermalm neighborhood, with plenty of access to cafes, restaurants, shopping, and public transportation. I even walked over to the local cinema the night before I left. I definitely wasn't wanting for anything during my fairly long stay."

"I loved staying at the property- a great location in the middle of Östermalm but it was so quiet! I walked everywhere from the hotel including to and from the station. I really loved the theme of the hotel and especially Greta’s bistro where I had dinner one of the nights of my stay- the food was excellent and the staff exceptional! The only thing that was a little confusing was check in and I think that was down to the time I arrived- the reception area is a small space right next to a busy queue for the busy bar! But this wouldn’t be enough to detract from top marks. I’d stay here again any time!"
