"Second time I have stayed here. Love the location, a few minutes away from busy part of The Esplanade. The pool is fine however might need an upgrade in the near future. Had a king size bed with mountain view in spacious room. Staff warm & friendly. Will be back and stay here. "

"Stayed 4nights. The A/C unit in the room stopped working, and it made excessive noise on the day it got repaired. Anyway, everything was sorted out on the second day promptly. Although I experienced the issue with the A/C unit, I’ll 100% stay Hilton Cairns again if I visit Cairns for any reasons. The managers and staff at Hilton went the extra miles to ensure my comfort while I was there. Truly amazed how they did and what they did. Stayed over 50 nights at many different hotels this year, but only Cairns Hilton is the place I want to stay again. (One of the hotels I never visit again is ‘Hilton Surfers Paradise’) Thank you. "
