"Was like home, safe and quiet. Stayed 6 nights for the AO Tennis. Had adequate kitchenette stuff. Aircon, TV, water system, lighting all in good working condition. Comfy bed, towels and toiletries provided including extras in cupboard. Easy access to trams to go anywhere. Reception staff was very accommodating. Nothing to fault. Will stay again if we need to be in Melbourne. THANK YOU!!!"

"Beware - this is not a private hotel with wheelchair access. There are stairs to navigate at rhe front of the property, at the front door, plus with the ground floor. The disabled bathroom is not an accessible bathroom. The water is set to over 80 degrees, the taps are three inches wide with no spindles. The toilet has a right sided bar but at the incorrect height and the toilet is not an accessible toilet. The tiles are slippery when wet, with the shower base ona curve. The accessible bedroom...

"It was in an excellent area, close by where we needed to go. The light switches were in funny locations but that added to the beauty of the facility, a bit quirky you would say. I was just a bit disappointed that there was no information folder in the suite."
