"The staff, especially Robert were really friendly, hospitality and nothing was too much for them to do every request was replied with “no bother”. We arrived earlier than the check in time and as the room was ready they checked us in. They also allowed us an extra 30 minutes late check out. The breakfast was very delicious, the smoothie was made with banana but the chefs were happy to make one for me with bananas. Overall it’s was a good stay. The staff’s pleasantness was the best. "

"It was a beautiful location. The cottages are well equipped. There was a bit of a musty smell. I think that could have been the carpets in the bedrooms and sitting area. "Loved the location, quiet and lovely grounds. Was quite far from any towns, so if that is important, it might be something to consider. Not enough towels. Tiny kitchen area. All bedrooms and the only bathroom were all up a huge flight of stairs and the beds were very uncomfortable. Very pricey for what was offered. Would get unaffordable quickly if you stayed for very long. But it was a lovely home in a lovely area and very quiet and clean. "
