"We stayed for 5 nights and loved every minute. Our room was clean , central to everything, especially the train station . It had lift access, so handy with all our luggage. The coffee machine outside the rooms was perfect for our early morning coffee while connecting with our family back home . We had an issue with our key on our last night and it was fixed quickly with a friendly smile from our host . Highly recommend Cinque Terre Gateway "

Located on a large private lot with a beautiful garden, the accommodation is like an Italian art palace inside, with high ceilings, big windows, overstuffed chairs, fine sculptures, paintings and large mirrors on the wall, Persian rugs on the floor, and marble everywhere. There is a covered veranda and a large garden in back, with a lawn, big shade trees, a trellis with roses, garden paths, geraniums, terra cotta pots and various marble statues and busts. ...

Only one restaurant in the village but was really good. We ate dinner there all 3 nights of our stay. Property owner was great to deal with. Breakfast was basically bread and cereal. Would be nice to have some meat and cheese. "

"The property is a quaint no frills B&B with an awesome host Robert and his wonderful mom. It's very quite. The room was spacious; the bathroom was not attached to the room but that was not an issue. Socialize at breakfast was fun; we do not look for venues base on BF so. The facilities outside the room looked like advertised; lived in. Most of our time is spent away from any property so we don't need much to satisfy us; the property met our needs, The train station for trips to Cinque Terry is...

"We dropped off our bags before parking and it is a very steep and narrow road. If you put the address in GPS you will not find it. We recieved directions while driving but did not get in time. The offsite parking "

Parking very easy, but the peculiarities of house numbering in Carrara make it difficult to find the B&B location, which is located not near #18 and behind another group of houses numbered 16.
