"The hotel is great with beautiful scenery from the balcony. Building condition a little run down, when we open the room balcony door, the door latch came out. But overall the room is comfortable and very clean. I love the heated toilet flooring which is so comfortable when spend time in the toilet. Me and my husband had a very pleasant stay for a night at this hotel. The only disappointment was during the arrival. No car is allowed to drive to the hotel. The instruction given was to go to parking P1 and press the hotel shuttle service button, hotel will arrange shuttle to pick up. We waited at P1 location in the super cold weather without a seat for almost an hour. After numerous pressing of button and 2 calls, finally the shuttle arrived. The distance to hotel is just about 5 to 10 minutes drive but we waited in the cold for almost one hour. We hope the hotel can improve the shuttle service and give clearer instruction to their guests. The instruction given today is for guests who drive there not for guest who take taxi there. "

"Great location! Lots of shopping and restaurants neaby. The hotel bar has great drinks and atmosphere. If your too lazy to leave, they also have great quick bites. The rooms are very clean and offer excellent amenities. The biggest 5 star rating about this hotel is the staff. They are fantastic. Very helpful and really nice to talk to. We changed our reservation to leave Vienna quicker than anticipated and are so thankful we did. To be honest, I thought I was going to go home disliking Austria because of the attitudes we faced in Vienna. Super grumpy unpleasant people no matter how friendly you are to them. We get along with anyone but my patience was tested in Vienna. Salzburg and the staff here turned it all around and we will happily come back to Salzburg. You will not go wrong with the NH hotels. The only downside, that may not be a downside for some, the beds are really hard in all NH hotels. We dont like them but the rest of the hotel is why we come back. Perhaps a pillow top menu would be a great option to provide? "

"What a great location!! Easy to walk to all the wonderful sites. Staff were very helpful, check in a breeze as was check out. Room was a great size. The room was very warm even though we turned the heat right down, was great that the window was able to be cracked open. Good gym with a lovely view. Would stay again"

"Arabella hotel is a unique hotel that impressed our family. Warm welcome from the reception as if you were greeted by your friends that respect you and want to look after you. We were offered as treat warm nuts in a paper bag that added on our Christmas mood upon arrival on Christmas Eve. The classic decoration and the old Austrian style was impressive but at the same time you could easily identify how well maintained this hotel is up to detail. The room was beautiful, spotless and big enough. We had breakfast pre booked and it had great selection of breakfast including freshly baked Austrian Christmas cookies. The Christmas dinner was up to Michelin star level! Super delicious. The staff were so friendly but also very professional and I can’t comment enough the person that cleaned our room as for two nights they even polished the bath and cleaned behind the bed and that explains how spotless the hotel was. Diana and Doti at the breakfast made us feel so warm on Christmas like we were with family! The swimming pool was warm enough and also very clean. The windows around the pool offer beautiful views! There was play area that our little one enjoyed as there is plenty of space and activities and games to keep kids busy. Our son was also offered a sledge to ride as it had quite a lot of snow when we visited. The location is a plus also. The only thing negative for us was that on Christmas Day we would expect a bit more festive atmosphere at the dinner. "
