This three-story Key-West-style dreamer is perfect for the whole to vacation together! A quick drive will get you to the area's popular cinnamon-colored beach. Historic St. Augustine is less than 30 miles away and a must-see with its rich history as the Nation's Oldest City teeming with museums, tours, historical sites, award-winning food, and shopping! Just south of Sandy Feet Retreat is Flagler's family-friendly community, offering oceanfront restaurants, bars, and a fantastic fresh farmers market on Fridays and Saturdays. Orlando's Disney World is about 95 miles away for amusement park enthusiasts.

Three levels of decking invite you to step into the beach dream to enjoy fresh ocean air as you watch the rolling waves lap at the shore anytime the mood strikes! There's also complimentary high-speed WiFi, a well-equipped kitchen, and a laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer. The bedrooms are spacious, and there are breathtaking beach views everywhere you turn in this home. The primary suite has an en suite bathroom. After coming back from your excursions, the outdoor shower will give you the perfect rinse before heading inside. Another lovely day awaits tomorrow!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great for a peaceful getaway!
Loved the location on the beach. Very quiet and peaceful. The kids and parents had their own space to relax. Kitchen had everything we needed. Board games were a nice addition. Overall nice place to stay.

Stairs to beach damaged
This home is nice. The main reason I am only giving 3 stars is the stairway to the beach is damaged. Going back and forth to the beach was extremely difficult. That should be fixed immediately. The house is pretty clean, but could use a good dusting of the vents.

Great location. Beautiful, clean house with gorgeous view. Great for a big family or for four couples. Not comfortable for the elderly people for now, until the access to the beach is rebuilt. Everything we needed in the house for our stay was provided. Would be nice if a beach umbrella and beach chairs were available. The property caretaker was helpful when we had some questions.

1st BNB/Flagler Beach
The 3 story house was well stocked with dishes, towels. Plus pull out couches for the kids to sleep on. Loved the elevator, just had resent knee surgery, i was not able to do stairs very well. The only disappointment we had was no beach access. I rented this house on the beach so that my 7 grandchildren can play on the beach. The pier on this property was never replaced from the last storm. We had to drive to go to a beach for them to play.

Sandy Feet Retreat
Can’t beat the location, it’s away from crowded beaches. The sunrises are spectacular. The beaches are clean and it’s a great place for a family get together. The house has plenty of room. However the house does need some attention. Two of shower heads did not work, which was a major inconvenience. The bed configuration was not as listed so we did have to get creative about sleeping arrangements. The stairs are really hard on senior adults and plain dangerous for children. We were thankful for the elevator, though it was a little temperamental. Beach access is a significant concern since that’s why most people rent on the beach. While we know it’s an expense to fix it after a hurricane a simple two step portable step like some of the neighbors had would have helped getting over Sea wall. We did have a family member fall and get hurt coming back onto the back deck from the beach. It really is pretty dangerous. The furnishings are very dated, not to mention the family dog portraits in the dining room. I think a nice touch like window curtains would be a good addition to keep the hot sun at bay and of course providing privacy. Overall we made the best of our time there, that is why we gave it 4 stars.

Wonderful Time
Every year the woman in my family gets together for an extended weekend. We fly and drive into some spot in Florida. This trip almost didn't happen, due to the weather (hurricane). ... however!, the company helped us watch the weather, and made sure we were still able to get into the home, safety. The house was perfect for the nine of us. The beach was great and watching it while drinking your morning coffee, was priceless. Thank you so much for such a precious gem. We shall return, in the future.

Poor experience
The beach access and experience was wonderful. However, the place left a lot to be desired. There were no glasses or plates or even a full set of coffee cups. The water heater on one floor didn’t work. The doors were really hard to close and lock. The windows have no coverings and we had to use a bedsheet to cover the bathroom window.

Excellent views but the house needs some basics to be rental ready
The location and the view are excellent. The house on the other hand needs some work. It is not setup as a rental property and needs improvements on some basic stuff. Its missing curtains including the master bedroom and bathroom so neighbors can see right in at night. Electrical outlets and switches don’t work (only one outlet works in the whole kitchen). There’s missing/burnt out light bulbs through the house. There’s not enough plates and glasses to accommodate guests. 3 plates of a kind, only 1 tall glass and they still only have 3 wine glasses. The back door on second floor doesn’t close right and the whole door is missing in the pantry. They also need a better cleaning service their fee is quite high and not well cleaned. The windows look like they haven’t been washed in quite some time. Beautiful view but you can’t see out the windows. The coffee pot still had old coffee, the stove was dirty and some pillows were stained. It’s a shame because it’s a great location and the balcony views are amazing. They just need to put some TLC into the house and make it vacation rental property ready.

Not clean and some safety issues
The house was nice overall but needed to be cleaned better and there were some safety issues that need to be addressed. I reached out to owner to let them know what was going on and still have yet to hear a response. The floors were not cleaned, there were broken toilet paper holders/towel bars in several bathrooms, missing posts on deck, unsecured deck handle, dead palmetto bugs stuck in a/c vents, etc. House was nice and bedding was clean but there are quite a few things that need to be updated to make it great. Cleaning crew was also late finishing which meant we had to check in about 30 min late.

Spectacular location and view!
Location could not have been better, and let’s be honest, that is what you book for. The elevator did not work even after someone came to fix it, which was not good for this group. The house and bedding was clean. It felt like the house might be in the middle of some needed updating. House could use more than three wine glasses. The kitchen could be better supplied. The hot water took forever to reach the middle level shower. Upstairs level with child’s bunk room was bright and cheery. All in all everyone had a great time and enjoyed the immediate access to the beach. We would return to this house.
