Don’t miss the beautifully landscaped back yard with 2 seating areas shaded by plum, peach and apple trees, a hot tub and kids playhouse with slide. Trails at the base of Mount Elden are within walking distance to this great home. There’s plenty of room for everyone to come enjoy our wonderful home in this mountain town.

Location is just minutes to the charming historic downtown area as seen in many movies, a large park with playgrounds, tennis courts, a skate park, picnic areas and plenty of space for gatherings. Flagstaff is a prime location for some amazing adventures and close to Arizona Snowbowl, the Grand Canyon, Bearizona, Flag Extreme and thousands of miles of hiking, biking, dirt bike and OHV areas.

Great place w lots of space
This place had lots of beds and baths to accommodate our group of 8 after a Grand Canyon trip. Great space inside and out to recoup and the hot tub didn’t hurt either. Heather was always quick to communicate, I would highly recommend her place!

Great place, has a ton of space and everything is updated. Backyard is really nice for hanging out and the hot tub was in good condition. Would also be a nice place for families since there is a plethora of stuff for kids outdoors. Would book again!
