Downtown Contemporary Condo Vintage with TWO ROOMS sleeps 6.

Excellent location in downtown historic Southside Flagstaff. Option to Book one night stay or longer Sunday through Wednesday only, for Thursday through Sunday minimum 2 night stay required. Our largest guest suite at 575 square ft. Open floor plan with TWO separate rooms. Can sleep up to six people. The suite offers a king and queen bed, plus sofa sleeper (queen size). Lots of natural night and windows. Blue pine hardwood floors. Private parking allows guests to walk to downtown shops, dining, hiking and NAU. Parking is limited to one car per unit. No Smoking. Please NO CATS. No Pets permitted without pre-approval from owners. There is a mission on this street that offers services to the less fortunate. We are situated way back from the street behind a safe and secure metal gate.

Great location, great communication, comfy beds Would love a long mirror and some extension cords behind the beds and the tv in the front room…can’t see it when laying in bed. Other than that the place is great.

Great flagstaff location
Easy to walk around town. Pretty much within 10 minutes to all restaurants and bars. Also close to NAU if visiting your student. This was our second stay at this property and would come back for sure.

Good not great
The place is nice and is in a great location. Had an issue at check in with being given the wrong wifi router and password. There’s no reception with atnt so had to walk up the street to remediate this with the host. The host was responsive to fix the issue. Only half the place has AC from a window unit so one part of the place remained hot during most of the day. It was a high of 93 those 2 days. Place DOES NOT have a kitchen. Prepare to eat out!

Cute and comfy and you can’t beat the location!
Like everyone said, the location is unbeatable! The beds were comfy and warm and the place had everything you need and nothing you don’t (except maybe paper towels ;). I had to contact the owners because regarding check in (I couldn’t find the email…my fault) and they were responsive, friendly, kind and helpful. Flagstaff is such a fun town and with the snow as an added bonus, it was a magical trip!

Getting to know Flagstaff

Great place in south old town Flagstaff
Great place convenient to old town Flagstaff. Would have been nice to know that it is located next to a homeless mission, but no issues while we were there. As a CPAP user, access to an outlet next to the bed was almost impossible. Otherwise, a great find and would stay there again. Great owners.

Great downtown location
The location was fantastic, close to downtown Flagstaff and the NAU campus. I was a little concerned that it was 2 doors down from the homeless mission, but there were absolutely no issues. It was also right across the street from the biggest Tequila Sunrise party, with thumping techno music starting at 6:30am, but I should have known that would happen on homecoming weekend. Place was very clean, cute, and had plenty of space for myself and 2 teenagers.

Quite and cute cottage
We arrived late Friday night but had already received the access code to be able to enter the property. I drive a pretty large truck and it fit just fine in the parking lot available for guests. The space was well cleaned and decorated wonderfully. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens. The ac worked well and the nice little heater in the bathroom worked great for after showers to not be cold. My wife and son both loved staying here and hope to return in the future. I’ve read some reviews about the shelter next door but in our three days there never saw any homeless or sketchy people around. It was nice and quite the entire time. We couldn’t find a clothes iron so we purchased one for the unit. Thank you again for letting us stay. It was a perfect getaway.

Urban Apartment
The property itself is as described - single parking spot behind a gate, two beds, small fridge, coffee maker, TV. The interior was clean and decor was cute. There are pieces that I do not believe were included in the listing description. The neighborhood (South San Francisco St) is known to be a central area for the town's vagrant population, which was not known to me prior to this trip - there is a homeless shelter one building over and many people sitting on the sidewalks just outside the property. I was cat-called by one of the people waiting by the free medical care bus. (This is not a statement on having a vagrant population in Flagstaff, as it is known that there are such populations in most cities, but a statement on this property being listed as a "cottage" and directly next to a busy shelter). There are small homes behind this property - in walking this area, there is garbage on the sidewalks and a strong smell of urine. I had difficulty getting my truck in/out of the property due to small parking lot size, sharp 90degree corner to park, picnic tables for the attached Chinese restaurant, and the other parking spaces. The noise and smell from the Chinese restaurant made the front "porch" area unusable in my opinion. In summary, this is a good property if you're looking for a downtown home base without frequent in/out needs. I would not recommend bringing a dog to this location due to the difficulty in having local area to safely walk your dog. As I stated, the property itself was as described and the price was affordable. I personally chose to leave the property and stay with friends due to the neighborhood.

Highly recommend!!!
There are not enough great things to say about this place. Located ideally on the edge of downtown and the outskirts of NAU it was perfect for my son's graduation. My only regret is I didn't find it sooner for the other trips i made to Flagstaff. The owners were fantastic when I needed to extend my stay and answering any questions I had before and during my stay. 100% recommend if you are visiting Flagstaff.

Great Location!
My sister and I stayed here for two nights. Loved the location - close to lots of diverse restaurants and cafes. Beds were super comfortable and well spaced. Per the photos, there is no kitchen but there is a small frig (no ice), 1990s micro, and Keurig. If you plan on eating a light breakfast or left overs, you will need to bring your own utensils and plates/bowls. Paper cups are provided for the coffee. I use a walker and the house and parking lot are very accessible. A three wheeler can navigate the bathroom and still close the door. Shower is walk in with no grab bars. We appreciated the parking lot was gated. Owner is very responsive.
