I am aware that rooms need to be cleaned and turned around at a fast pace for next guests but our room today had a dirty table and the bathroom needed sweeping. I also found the toilet paper roll under the sink and the roll just placed on the sink area.

This is a reasonable hotel for price. There is free breakfast but no other dining options. Location is next to Walmart and other hotels so a car is essential. Its next to to main railway line so expect freight trains constantly through the night. Not an issue unless you are light sleepers. We have stayed 2 years in a row and would be happy to stay again.

I enjoyed the location. It was close to where our family lives and close to lots of food options. This is the second time we have stayed here and I will definitely come back when I visit Flagstaff next. It feels safe, easy check in, parking is great. I haven’t quite made it to the free breakfast yet so I can’t comment really there but it’s nice that it is an option. Room was clean. The bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows! I slept very well!

This was a nice hotel, but in our room floors were not very clean with coffee spill in the bathroom and rubber bands and debris on the floor when we arrived. We were too tired when we arrived to complain, so we just cleaned it up. The breakfast was good. The reception staff very professional.
