No outside music after 8 PM.
For security and peace of mind, noise monitoring devices are installed on the property.
This property may not be used for nuisance parties or unlawful gatherings.
For your safety, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
No smoking allowed on the property.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a $150 penalty.
PET POLICY
Pets are welcome, with a limit of two dogs.
No vicious breeds or other pets are allowed without Manager approval.
There is a $50 non-refundable fee per dog.
Pets must stay off furniture and bedding ("4 on the floor" rule).
Please pick up after them outside.
ADDITIONAL FEES
