"The hotel was clean and in such a great area. Could snorkel right off the property and walk to some great restaurants, although they have a great one onsite too. Nice gift shop on site along with bar and restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. No beach but we were there to snorkel. I wish I would have done more research as there are some other great snorkel sites I wish I could have gone to. "

"Our stay was absolutely fantastic, and we can’t recommend this place enough. To begin with, our host Draga was amazing. Incredibly quick to respond and very helpful with any questions we had. She also filled the fridge with some drinks and food for us to enjoy, and the house was stocked with everything we could have needed—they truly went above and beyond!The house itself is beyond stunning and the setup couldn’t be more ideal. The large and well-equipped separate apartment unit worked wonderfully for my in-laws, while the rest of our group stayed in the beautiful and spacious main house just steps away. There is plenty of room to spread out and find some privacy. We hardly left the backyard for most of our stay, other than an amazing day of exploring the island (highly recommend). The snorkeling right off of our private beach was amazing!! We saw so many fish, a moray eel, and stunning coral. The private pool and two outdoor showers were also so wonderful to have! This house is only a two-minute drive (walkable) to a well-stocked and very nice supermarket and several restaurants, and just a 10-15 minute drive from Kralendijk and the airport. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, and we can’t wait to return!! Thank you!!"

"Sand Dollar Condominiums offer the perfect base of operations for a diving vacation in Bonaire. Dive Friends has a branch on the property offering rental equipment, tanks, weights, snorkeling gear - everything you might need. They also offer PADI training courses with knowledgeable, highly skilled instructors. There is a fine restaurant on the property and others within walking distance. The condos are beautifully designed with excellent kitchen appliances and dinnerware provided. The unit I rented was decorated with photos and objects reflecting the natural environment of Bonaire. There are pegs on the patio wall to hang wet diving gear. The patio was screened and had perfect furnishings allowing relaxing interludes. There was a large-screen TV and the owner even provided some of the standard reference books on Caribbean marine life. I cannot imagine a better rental unit for the traveling diver -- everything was perfect! "
