Quiet villa in a residential area, located in the heart of central Var close to shops and restaurants but above all surrounded by many wine areas of Provence.


Taste the sweetness and tranquility of our Villa bordered by lush vegetation and the Mediterranean forest bordered by numerous pines and oaks which adjoin the Villa, perfect for relaxing in peace, walking, hiking or jogging safely without the pollution and the constant hubbub of cars. The Villa being located on the heights of Flassans sur Issole with an optimal sunshine rate, but also not overlooked.

Take the time to unwind by the pool or play a game of pétanque with your friends. The land is 3500 m2 with electric gate and parking spaces.

Ideally located villa: You are 15 minutes from the motorway (Brignoles or Le Cannet des Maures) 40 minutes from Collobrières, Hyères Les Palmiers, Toulon, Fréjus or Aix en Provence.

A gem !
If you are looking for peace and quiet in the Var Provence ou Cote d'Azur combined with a cozy, beautifully furnished and luxurious villa, you have come to the right place, in our opinion. A bit remote, very narrow winding streets, lots of greenery and lots of space, lies a beautiful southern villa. Although the owners live on the same size property but completely separate from the villa, they fully respect your privacy. They are two hardworking, young and super friendly people, practically never home. We were there for three weeks and only met once, during a walk in the woods with our dog, who was also very welcome there. But if you need or need to know something, you can always communicate via WhatsApp, they respond immediately. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures, incredible. Very spacious, everything available, many amenities and very fresh. But until now we have practically lived outside by the beautiful swimming pool and enjoyed using the gas barbecue in the outdoor kitchen. In Flassans sur Issole there is a bakery and a large supermarket, the town of Brignoles is about 15 km away and you will find everything there. Definitely recommended, the market in Cotignac, our favorite village and on the coast, Port Grimaud, Saint-Maximin and Saint-Tropez are all very easy to reach. Yes, we think this villa is a gem in Flassans sur Issole!!

Wunderbares Haus mit tollem Außenbereich und Pool 😊
Wir (4 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder (1,4 und 11 Jahre alt) haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist einstöckig mit sehr großem Wohn-, Essbereich, drei Schlafzimmern und einer wunderbar großen Küche entspricht den Bildern des Inserats. Einzig die Küchengeräte, die abgebildet sind, waren nicht aufzufinden. Allerdings gibt es eine Nespresso Kapselmaschine für den morgendlichen Kaffee und das Highlight war natürlich der Eiswüfel-spendende Eisschrank. Es gibt in Wohnbereich und im Flur vor den Schlafzimmern eine Klimaanlage. Letztere haben wir immer am späten Nachmittag angemacht und die Türen der Schlafzimmer geöffnet, um für die Nacht zu „lüften“. Fenster öffnen war keine gute Idee, da wirklich sehr viele Stechmücken unterwegs waren und die Fenster leider keine Fliegengitter hatten. So hat es aber sehr gut funktioniert. Der Kühlschrank bot uns genug Platz für alle Einkäufe und im Gefrierschrank fand leckeres Eis Platz. Geschirr und Besteck war ausreichend für eine noch sehr viel größere Gruppe vorhanden. Gläser gab es für jedes Getränk das passende zur Auswahl! Pfannen gab es in allen Größen, Töpfe „nur“ zwei. Nebenan in der Waschküche stehen eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner, so kann man auf einige Extraklamotten verzichten. Direkt neben der überdachte Terrasse befindet sich der riesige Pool. Ca 150cm tief, leicht gewärmt und mit Treppenstufen versehen. Riesiges Gelände rundherum. Wunderbarer Urlaub!!

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette somptueuse villa ou rien ne manque. Les espaces sont généreux, la cuisine est toute équipée et la piscine est grande, belle et la température régulée est top. Les hôtes sont très réactifs à nos demandes et ils nous ont donnés de précieux conseils, visites, restaurants, marchés, etc…. Un magnifique endroit que je recommande vivement à tous

Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und aufmerksam. Es wurde an alles gedacht, ob es die Spühlmaschinentaps waren oder Gewürze. Als Aufmerksamkeit gab es sogar kühle Getränke bei unserer Ankunft. Wir hatten ein kleines Kind dabei und auch da gab es eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit. Wir können den Vermieter und natürlich das Haus nur weiter empfehlen.

Wunderschönes Haus mit TOP Ausstattung
Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt, in dem Haus selbst hat es an nichts gefehlt, um ehrlich zu sein: wir fahren seit 20 Jahren nach Frankreich, immer im gleichen Setting: Einzel- Haus mit Pool, großer Garten, ruhige Lage, relative Nähe zu Sehenswürdigkeiten/Meer. Das war das bisher beste Haus. Man muss nur etwas fahren (30min - 1h) um in Aix, am Meer oder an einem Badesee zu sein, ist aber noch zu schaffen. Auf dem großen Grundstück hatte es Tischtennis, Kicker, Boule. Schade, dass wir nicht länger bleiben konnten.

Tolles Haus mit sehr gehobener Ausstattung
Haus und Grundstück sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet bzw. ausgestattet, man weiss gar nicht, wo man anfangen soll: Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelbereiter, Nespresso Maschine, kompl. Küchenausstattung mit vielen Tellern, Schüsseln, Gläsern für jeden Anlass, Bocciabahn mit Kugeln,Tischtennis mit Schlägern & Bällen, Kicker, sehr viele Sitz- und Liegegelegenheiten im Aussenbereich, Gas- und Holzkohlegrill, riesigem TV (wer’s braucht),sauberer Pool etc. Die Lage ist etwas abseits, für Ausflüge muss immer etwas Fahrtzeit eingeplant werden, aber das sieht man bereits auf der Karte. Nach Nizza sind es z.B. 1:20 h. Dafür hat man aber ein tolles Haus mit nettem, zuvorkommendem Vermieter. Einziger Kritikpunkt: das zweite Badezimmer ist sehr klein, das erste ist sehr modern und relativ groß mit Doppelwaschtisch und Duschwanne. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig sind auch die, in Frankreich wohl üblichen, etwas schmalen Doppelbetten. Dafür gab es aber keine Rückenschmerzen, was im Zweifelsfall wichtiger ist. Im Wohnzimmer und dem Flurbereich, von dem die Schlafzimmer zu erreichen sind, gibt es zwei sehr gute Klimaanlagen, die Schlafzimmer selber haben keine. Uns reichte es allerdings, am frühen Abend die Klimaanlage im Flur (mit offenen Schlafzimmertüren) vorlaufen zu lassen, das kühlte soweit runter, dass man selbst bei 38 Grad Außentemperatur tagsüber dann abends problemlos schlafen konnte. Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen und wir würden wieder dorthin fahren !!

Onvergetelijk
We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen en kregen een korte, maar interessante rondleiding. De frisse drankjes die klaar stonden waren heel welkom. Het huis overtrof de beschrijving en de verwachtingen. Alles is er aanwezig en het is er aangenaam vertoeven. Heel netjes en gezellig. Ook de tuin met zwembad was subliem. De honden hadden veel ruimte om er rond te rennen. Het huis is gelegen in de natuur en in een doodlopende straat. Toch zijn winkels niet ver weg (4km). De eigenaars waren ook zeer behulpzaam bij het vinden van uitstapjes. De week was veel te snel om. Dit was een vakantie die ons zeker lang zal bij blijven. Toplocatie!

Supers vacances
Quelles magnifiques vacances ! La maison est exactement comme sur les photos : spacieuse, propre, bien aménagée et avec goût. Il y a vraiment tout l'équipement utile dans la cuisine et en assez grande quantité pour ne pas être obligé de mettre le lave-vaisselle en fonction chaque jour. Nous n'étions que trois mais 6 personnes pourraient vivre dans cette maison sans problème (3 grandes chambres, trois grands lits). De plus, le coin est très calme, le jardin immense, la piscine grande et bien entretenue et la forêt est à côté pour les balades (avec ou sans toutou) Les propriétaires sont charmants, très discrets et disponible en cas de besoin. Nous y retournerons volontiers

Fantastic!
An amazing property in a beautiful area. The house is stunning with really high quality furniture and was spotlessly clean. The outside kitchen, seating and tables are fantastic too. A large pool was a welcome relief from the heat, as was the aircon. Communication was excellent and really quick with Fabien. We had a wonderful holiday in a fantastic property and were sorry to leave!

Calme et confort
Nous avons reçu un excellent accueil de la part des propriétaires qui sont vraiment très sympathiques. A notre arrivée nous avons découvert un portail électrique qui s'est ouvert sur une grande et belle maison ainsi qu'un beau parc paysagé et clôturé. Dehors rien ne manque : grande terrasse, barbecue, table de ping-pong, piscine, plancha, terrain de pétanque, etc. on pourrait passer la semaine sans s'ennuyer ! L'intérieur de la maison est quant à lui spacieux, très bien équipé et agencé, climatisé ! et la literie de qualité. Vraiment un bonheur ! C'est une adresse que nous conservons pour notre prochain séjour dans le secteur.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage
Wir wurden von Fabien und seiner Frau mit einem Obstkorb und kühlen Getränken sehr freundlich empfangen! Das klimatisierte Haus ist sehr gepflegt und komplett ausgestattet, der Pool sehr sauber und bei der Hitze ein Wohltat! Auch sind genug schattige Liegeplätze um den Pool herum vorhanden. In der Umgebung kann man herrlich wandern (Gorges du Verdon 1 Stunde) oder auch mal einen Tag am Meer (auch 1 Stunde entfernt) in Frejus verbringen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort (Supermarkt) und ein toller Bäcker am Kreisverkehr sorgen für einen leckeren Einkauf. Alles in allem kann man das Haus nur empfehlen, wir haben uns wunderbar erholt und kommen gerne wieder!

Wij verbleven in deze woning van 4 t/m 12 september. Huisje is zoals op de foto's, netjes en goed verzorgd. Om ons te verwelkomen lag er een fles wijn en water koud en stond er een mand met vers fruit. Prettig ontvangst, hele vriendelijke mensen. Enkel de omheining is niet volledig afgesloten. Wij hadden twee honden mee maar die konden hierdoor niet los op het terrein lopen. Zwembad is goed onderhouden. Alles was naar wens. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Maison au calme, agréable et bien équipée.
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Maison spacieuse très bien équipée et très charmante. Moderne et belle décoration (identique aux photos). Les propriétaires sont disponibles en cas de besoin. Quelques petites attentions pour notre arrivée très plaisantes (fruits et boissons au frais). La maison est bien située pour des balades du côté des Gorges du Verdon, cascade de Sillans ou plus au sud pour les moments farniente à la plage du côté de St Raphaël ou Fréjus. Le seul regret... N'être restés qu'une semaine 😅

Une propriété idéale pour vacances au calme avec piscine.
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette superbe maison, avec des Proprietaire toujours à l’écoute est très disponible. La location était incroyablement bien équipé, très cosy, de nombreux espaces pour se détendre et se restaurer à l’extérieur. Et une piscine très agréable. Peut-être une petite suggestion à Madame Duncas , une bâche de protection sur la piscine permettrait probablement de la protéger des insectes suicidaire qui s’y jette la nuit mais aussi de garder la température de l’eau pour le lendemain ou lors d’exceptionnels vents forts. Toutefois je conseille tout particulièrement cette location à celles et ceux qui veulent passer de très agréables vacances.

Wunderbares Haus mit tollem Pool und Garten
Persönliches Check In durch die Eigentümer. Sauberes Haus. Pool ist der Hit bei den Kids und Erwachsenen. Küche ist mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Wunderschön eingerichtete Zimmer, Essbereich und Wohnbereich. Cassis, St.Tropez, wie Nizza sind in max. 1,5 h mit dem Auto erreichbar. Ein Ausflug zum St.Croix See und der Verdon- Schlucht sind ebenfalls sehr empfehlenswert. Wir werden es bestimmt weiterempfehlen.

Peaceful property, great walks
This property is exactly 'as advertised'. No hidden negatives. One of the very best places we've stayed at. The rooms are large and airy, the house was spotlessly clean, there's a very pleasant shaded terrace, the pool looked very pretty, and - a huge bonus - the fig tree was groaning under a lorry load of ripe fruit. The owners truly could not have been more helpful - which is saying something, as there was an electrical storm during our stay, blowing the wifi and part of the electricity. They remained lovely throughout and even brought us croissants one morning. If you are into walking, the walks literally start just outside the entrance gates, and you can walk for miles without meeting anyone. Beautiful. We would definitely book again. Just one thing to bear in mind if you are bringing a dog: the floors are lovely and light, but they are slippy. Absolutely no problem ordinarily, and if your doggie is a bit uncertain on slippy floors, you can always bring some anti-slip socks. Which is exactly what we'll be doing next time. Already looking forward to it.
