"We had a very nice stay at The Beer Joint. The hosts supply everything you need. Started each morning with coffee and sitting on the porch, and ended the day with a cocktail and sitting on the porch. Do wish there was a couch, but it is exactly as pictured and described. Would definitely stay there again."

"The lodge was really nice. There were beautiful and cool art pieces everywhere that all loved. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We had a great get together and Smithville is quaint and nice spot to visit. Donna Lancon"

"There are a number of issues with the listing 1. There are NOT 4 twin bunk beds (8 beds). There are 2 twin bunk beds for a total of 4 beds. 2. Property needs some serious TLC with respect to deep cleaning. cobwebs on chairs in kitchen on cabinets. walls/trims showing bad aging. coffee maker still had grounds from previous renters. food still in grill. trash found in common areas upon arrival. 3. the 4 beds are separate from main house (converted garage) and while it had vents, the main house...
