In the heart of Normandy, you can enjoy the quiet of the countryside while staying close to shops.

Ideally located The villa is 3 minutes from the A84 motorway (Paris-Rennes), 30 minutes from Granville beach, 45 minutes from Mont Saint Michel, 1 hour from the landing beaches and 3 hours from Paris by train (departure from Villedieu station).

Summer holiday for family of 4.
We absolutely loved our stay here, the house was so spacious and in a stunning countryside location, but close enough to amenities with just a short 10min drive to the nearby village. There's was so much to keep the children (ages 8 & 4) entertained in the games room and with the luxury of x2 jacuzzi's and a pool, it's a wonder we ever left the house! We enjoyed a trip to the Champrepus zoo which is really good, as well as a beach day at Saint Pain Sur Mer and x2 visits for the Flambee Des Cuivres creperie which is a must do! The hosts William and Vanessa were super friendly and responsive. We hope to return again soon!

Lovely Villa. Everything as advertised. The pool, hot tub and games room were excellent. The modern well presented 5 star Villa was Open plan and meant we were together as family. Location rural yet near to beautiful village was spot on. It was very hot 33 degrees so the fans in the bedrooms were lovely. A wonderful holiday.

We had a brilliant stay, the gite has absolutely everything you need. The pool, hot tub and games room were a huge hit. It's also very conveniently located - hour to D Day landing beaches and 40 mins to Mt St Michel. Hour or so from ports of Cherbourg and Caen. Would highly recommend.

We stayed as a group of 7, 3 children, 4 adults. The basement games room is a brilliant addition : pool, table football, treadmill, exercise bike, games console not to mention the jacuzzi and sauna. There’s also another jacuzzi outdoors along with a small swimming pool. All perfect little ones occupied. The property is well located to visit places like St Malo, Mont St Michel, landing beaches, Bayeux (and its tapestry). It’s located in the countryside and nearest shops etc are in Villedieu des Poêles (10mins) and there’s a small bakery in the nearby village of Fleury (2mins) Villedieu is also worth a visit - market day on Monday and the Bell Foundry where you can learn how bells are made and tuned. It’s a working foundry so all the more interesting. Great week had by all - lovely hosts!! :)

Lovely villa
This house is an amazing place to stay. The covered pool, two hot-tubs, sauna, and games room meant there was always something to do no matter the weather (although we were blessed with mostly excellent weather). Well equipped and comfortable, with owners only too keen to resolve any issue. Peaceful countryside location but close to town and motorway with easy access to many attractions, and 10 minutes from an excellent zoo.

A lovely week in a beautiful property.
We had an amazing week! We all loved using the pool and hot tub while looking out over the rolling Normandy countryside. The games room was a great place to relax and was far enough from most of the bedrooms to not wake younger children up. The games console was also a hit. The house is immaculate and extremely well equipped. The setting is very secluded with nothing but fields (and cows!) in view on all sides. The flip side was that we had to drive a fair distance to find local activities, however it was worth it in my opinion. Vanessa and William met us at the house to show us how everything worked. They were very patient with our lack of French and happy to answer all our questions throughout the week. We were slightly thrown off by the required cash security/cleaning deposit (€350) but after spending a few hours on the last evening ensuring everything was spotless it was returned to us without a problem. Highly recommended, we hope to be back soon!

Very warm welcome, lovely greeting hamper. Property was immaculate and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The pool, hot tubs and games room were a huge hit with our 6 & 10yr old. A really enjoyable week and would highly recommend.

Everything about the house is perfect. The pool and spa and games room kept the kids entertained all week. The accommodation is spotless and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped. The garden is great for football. The location is ideal, 40 minutes to Mont St Michel and less than an hour to the landing beaches. Granville has lovely restaurants and is less than half an away. Communication with the owners was prompt and helpful. Very, very highly recommended. We hope to be back

Perfect property for a family. Excellently well equipped and spotlessly clean.
It was an ideal place to stay with young children. The house was so well equipped and the swimming pool a great hit. There were lots of great beaches to visit and plenty of history to soak in.

We had the most wonderful stay in October half term in Vanessa and William’s house. They are incredibly responsive hosts and have truly thought of everything! They responded very quickly to any questions I had prior to our visit and we’re very welcoming. We received a lovely welcome hamper with local goods. The house is modern and incredibly well equipped. The kids loved being able to use the pool and extras like the table football, play station and games. I loved the fact they had hairdryers and hair straighteners in each bathroom! It is set in lovely, tranquil countryside. It really was a little haven of peace. I really cannot fault this property and highly recommend a stay here, no matter what time of year. I can only imagine how wonderful it would be in the summer. We may well have to book again to find out!!

Lovely week in Normandy
Very enjoyable week in Normandy. The house is very modern and equipped incredibly well. Kids had a great time and spent lots of time in the pool and also enjoyed the playstation. The property is set in a quiet and peaceful area in the countryside. Vanessa and William were welcoming, friendly and responsive hosts.

Superb Normandy holiday villa
We had a wonderful week in this beautiful, brand new family holiday home. It is beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated but all very family friendly. Very well equipped with lots of thoughtful touches such as hair dryers and hair straighteners in both bathrooms. The setting is idyllic -completely private and peaceful but within easy reach of local shops. The heated swimming pool is, of course, a huge bonus. We really enjoyed exploring the region and this unique coastline. Vanessa and William are delightful hosts and made us feel very welcome. Thank you for the magnificent welcome basket! Highly recommend.

Communication et accueil parfait des propriétaires, avec un généreux panier de douceurs locales qui a fait plaisir aux petits comme aux grands! Localisation permettant de rayonner entre le Mont Saint Michel, la mer et les plages du débarquement. Week-end parfait!
Nous avons passé le long week-end de l'ascension dans la villa de Vanessa et William et ce fut un sejour parfait: la maison est magnifique, super bien équipée, décorée avec goût. Et que dire des équipements "loisirs"? !! Tout le monde a trouvé son bonheur: spa pour les plus grands, piscine pour les plus petits, et salle de jeux qui a fait l'unanimité ! Un panier de bienvenue et un accueil de Vanessa et William ont fini de nous charmer. Le seul point négatif : on n'a pas été les seuls à partir en Normandie et il y avait un monde de fou sur tous les lieux touristiques. Ne pas pas faire comme nous et y aller de très bonne heure😉 Un grand merci, Vanessa et William et au plaisir!

We had a wonderful stay. Everything about the house was as it should be and even better: very well equipped, a lovely pool, nice play area in the basement,... The receipt by Vanessa was very friendly, she showed us around and gave lots of information. She was also very quick to reach if nessessary. 10/10 for a magnificent holiday!
