The apartment is situated in the heart of Flic en Flac, a very popular beach resort area located on the West coast of Mauritius.
Fully furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, washing machine and cooking utensils. Partly air conditioned, in bedrooms or and the lounge area, all other rooms have fans.

The rates include housekeeping service 3 times a week excluding public holidays.
The complex of Flic en Flac has all the facilities required at nearby walking distances such as banks, supermarkets, pharmacy, discotheques, restaurants, casino, boutiques and much more. The beach is one of the most beautiful on the island, boasting a transparent blue lagoon with the most incredible and romantic sunset. Each complex has its own leisure facilities and 24hr security service. This complex has 45 apartments with a magnificent swimming pool in the centre.

We would really recommend this lovely apartment. Itˋs away from noisy bars but close to a lot off restaurants. Thereˋs also a nice supermarket nearby where you could buy freshbaked bread in the morning. Angelos sister met us when we arrived. magnifique appartement ensoleillé , soleil levant le matin soleil couchant du cote de la terrasse avec vue sur la piscine. très belle décoration , superbes salle de bain. Tout le confort était là. Un grand merci a Marie Christine et son fils Yannis, 2 personnes charmantes et attentionnées, aux petits soins, très réactives en cas de besoin , sans oublier Angélo qui nous a contacté lors du passage du cyclone pour prendre des nouvelles. Lappartement est situé prés des commerces et des restaurants.a quelques minutes de la plage. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement. Encore un grand merci a tous les trois.

Résidence très bien située à proximité de toute commodité. L'endroit est calme et sécurisée propice au repos. Idéal pour les séjours en famille. Mme Soogun est très accueillante et soucieuse de votre bien être pendant votre séjour. Nous y retournerons sans aucun doute!

La résidence est idéalement située: près du centre, mais au calme. La piscine et le cadre sont très agréables. L'appartement est bien agencé, fonctionnel et propre, conforme à la description. Le contact avec Marie-Christine et Yannis a été excellent: ils se sont montrés accueillants, plein de bons conseils, disponibles, réactifs et très flexibles. Je recommande sans hésitation!

Excellente situation géographique
Résidence très bien entretenue, jardin, piscine. Tout est à 2 pas, la plage, les commerces, les services. L'appartement est propre, bien équipé et très bien aménagé. Le propriétaire est accueillant et très réactif lorsque survient un problème domestique au cours de nos 2 mois de séjour Tout a été parfait, nous prévoyons un nouveau séjour l'hiver prochain !

Un charmant logement à Maurice
L’appartement est très fonctionnel et bien équipé. La décoration est très jolie et adaptée pour le bord de mer. La propreté est irréprochable et la femme de ménage qui passe plusieurs fois très attentionnée. Une citerne vient pallier les éventuelles coupures d’eau ce qui permet de ne pas les remarquer. La piscine et la copropriété sont bien entretenus, le jardin est magnifique. Localisation idéale sur Flic En Flac à 5 minutes à pieds (avec enfants) de la plage, des commerces et restaurants. Flic En Flac est situé sur la côte au centre ce qui permet de visiter rapidement les sites emblématiques de l’île Maurice. Nous remercions Angelo le propriétaire et Marie Christine pour leur gentillesse et leur sollicitude du premier contact au départ, cela nous a beaucoup touché.

Very nice stay!
Everything we needed was in the apartment. Comfortable beds. Good WiFi and AC. Great balcony with nice view of the pool area. The area is self is green and tropical. We have had a great contact with Christine and Angelo and they have an amazing hospitality. Would highly recommend this rental apartment. Hope to come back one day. Greetings from Carina & Tony

Superbe sejour
Un magnifique séjour a maurice . Nous sommes partis avec nos 3 enfants et avons passé un super séjour tres bon accueil en arrivant. Ménage fait tous les 3 jours. L appartement est tres Confortable et bien situé proche de la plage des commerces des arrets de bus ou des locations de voiture. A refaire sans aucun doute

Nous sommes ravis d'avoir choisi ce logement au dattier à Flic en Flac. Le proprétaire a dit vrai: à 3 mn du supermarché Spar et 5 mn à pied d'une plage idyllique avec filaos et plongée avec masque et tuba. L'appartement est spacieux et confortable et nos jeunes ont adoré la piscine. Quoi de + agréable que prendre son petit dej sur la terrasse, protégés par les cocotiers et avec un mandarin qui vient picorer les miettes!
