How much is the cheapest flight to Milan?
Milan Flights
Though it is one of the fashion capitals of the world, Milan is more than just a shopper's paradise. Filled with rich culture, tradition and history, this city is home to remarkable architecture and fine art galleries, thrilling sporting events and stunning cathedrals. Cheap flights to Milan in spring and autumn can be difficult to find without some forward planning, as the city sees an influx of visitors during the world-renowned fashion shows.
Best time to go to Milan
Peak Season:
The peak season in Milan falls from June to early September. Although the temperature can be exceedingly warm during these months, visitors flock to this city not only to view the latest fashions, but also to sail in Lake Como and play a little football while the weather is pleasant. In August the city quiets down a bit, as many locals go on holiday. Because of the lack of locals and increase of tourists, cheap accommodations and flights are difficult to find during this season unless you book in advance.
Shoulder Season:
From April to May, then again in late September and October, the city sees its shoulder season. This is an excellent time to visit as tourists are few, the weather is perfect, and the flights to Milan are reasonably-priced.
Off Season:
The off season, which begins in November and ends in March, is considerably cooler than other periods. During this time tourists stray from the city, as do many locals. Because of this, flights are cheaper, but accommodations are hard to find. If you can manage to get a room, this is a great time to visit as the many museums, galleries and local attractions are still usually open for business.

Trains are a quicker option, taking about 30 minutes, but are not as dependable. Alternatively, you can take a taxi, rent a car, or hire a car with a driver.
