The staff was very nice, welcoming, and accommodating. They offered very good recommendations for locations and restaurants. The hotel was very clean, and our room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed having the space to eat dinner at a table in our room after a long day of sightseeing. Having quick proximity to restaurants was also helpful. Although I really appreciated and generally understood the many door security measures, it was a bit surprising at first. However, we always felt safe and figured this was due to the proximity of the train station (A real plus!) and bus stops.

This place was great. It was right next to train station if you are traveling by train and easy walk to the Duomo. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I saw others complain about night noise but I did not think it was noisy

5mins walk from Firenze S.N station. Easy to find and have alot of food options nearby. Staff has been helpful and friendly. Comfortable bed, clean and nice hotel. Will definitely return

The room was pretty small for two people. It's very clean, and the staff did their best to meet our needs by adding a chair, slippers, and tissues during our stay. The price for breakfast was good, but there weren't many options. 7Florence is conveniently located near the train station, only a short stroll away. To make our stay more enjoyable, I wish I had reserved a larger room.

The staff is extremely incredible, attentive, gentle and the customer is a priority for them. The manager is super attentive. Breakfast is very good. The hotel is super nice, clean, and cozy. The rooms are spacious and very beautiful. I highly recommend it.

The location is very close to the Santa Maria Novella train station and the rooms were nice. However, it gets pretty loud at night and kept waking up at middle of the night to people shouting outside. There was also one day when our room was half made - no toiletries and the tissue holder was left on the bidet. Was expecting better service for the price paid and since this was a VIP property for Expedia members.

The location is absolutely great and the facility is top notch. I only got to stay one night and had to leave early so I couldn't try the breakfast service but they did prepare items for me to wake up to so that I could make my early departure. I really appreciate the staff so much to ensure I maximized my buck's bang for the stay. One caveat is that there is a big window abutting the shower. It might be nice to shower with a view of the city, but those windows are not 1-way! Make sure you lower the shades!

The hotel is conveniently located next to the station. With cobblestone and people everywhere, it’s a perfect location if you don’t want to walk around with the suitcases, and that’s what we did coming from Venice on the train. Besides the location, the hotel is very nice, upgraded, clean, and the reception is welcoming. It’s 8min to Duomo, 5 min to the Central Market, less than 15 from Uffizi. All super close and I would highly recommend it.

My only regret with this property is only booking one night! I wish I could have had a longer stay I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Florence. Directly across Santa Maria station making it extremely convenient as well as clean and spacious. To top it all of the staff was kind and helpful. I will be back the next time I am visiting Florence!
