Clean and great water pressure
It was a great stay in Florence. We enjoyed our room. The size of the beds were really nice and very comfortable. The hotel was very clean and had great water pressure. We arrived quite late and given instructions of how to get into the building, even though the desk help had already gone home. Everything worked perfectly and we really enjoyed our stay.

They have a great photographer, the photos show a much better place than it really is. I’m not saying is not the same place but it is for far not the feeling when you get there. Is convenient but it someone would have shared this comment I’d definitely look for another place to stay.

Our stay (my son and I) was very enjoyable; right from start, Angela at your sister property where we stored our luggage) was particularly helpful. on our fist evening, our toilet was not working and someone came about right away. 2 not so positive points: we came back around 10pm and we could not get in, had to wait for a guest to open the door (the person at the lower level refused to do so), and the air conditioning was not working properly.

A one day stop in Florence. The reception is alright across the road from the main Florence train station, with the apartment a 2 minute short walk from there. Viola the receptionist was super helpful with recommendations which we were glad we took. There are no dining facilities in Alba but the room was absolutely fine. Clean and the linen good quality. Perfect if you want a base to put your head down and freshen up after a day exploring this amazing city

This was our best hotel experience on our trip, I originally booked here since it was a block away from the train station which we were taking in and out of Florence, but the room was very clean and comfortable and it was located really well so easy to walk to everything. The staff were super awesome and went out of their way to help us. We were also able to leave out luggage there when we checked out to see the sites before actually leaving on the train. Had an absolutely amazing experience here and would super recommend it to anyone. Check out was super easy since it's just a code and the location means you can easily walk to transportation/ dining/shopping/ and historical sites like to see Michelangelo's David really easily. Check out the Mercato Centrale Firenze food market that's only a few blocks away it has two levels of really amazing food/restaurants and produce markets!

Big thank you to Alex for the recommendations. I had THE BEST PIZZA in Italy!! I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. Everyone is very approachable for anything I need. The location is top notch. less than 2 mins walk from the central station but yet remains very quiet. plenty of restaurants within 10 mins walk and there is a small supermarket right across if you don't feel like to dine out. This will be my place to stay when I come back to Florence, thank you!

Everything was great! It felt like having your own apartment that was cleaned very well each day. No frills but all that you need. Great to be near the train station to get to day trips and the train to Venice later. Rolling bags around Florence is not fun.

Property took us a while to find. ( That could be down to an age thing ) Room was comfortable and clean. Had a couple of issues, the fridge stopped working and the extractor fan in bathroom didn't work. Please note that the stairs are hard going if the lift doesn't work.
