I was disappointed because I was expecting a hotel with services. This was a “B&B” with no breakfast and no services. The only things I liked were the clean bathroom and the handiness of the location.

Perfect place to stay while on a short stay in Florence. It’s very conveniently located to all the touristy sites including the most famous sandwich shop in the world! Staff were great and very helpful too!

Our room was quiet despite being super close to the Uffizi Gallery and lots of restaurants. We had a patio that opened to the interior of the building which was nice. Staff were not there all the time but super communicative with instructions. The room was small (European) but had all the amenities. Walkable and convenience, newly remodeled made this place super great and the quiet was very appreciated!

Great location just down the street from the Uffizi! The staff were very helpful and had quick answers to our questions. The room was a great size and comfortable. There’s a small elevator to help get your bags to your room too. Would definitely stay there again!

It was a beautiful room and bathroom. Easy Checkin and close and convenient to Ponte Vecchio. A bumpy, 25-30 walk from train station but otherwise great. Staff was extremely helpful also.

My wife and I honeymooned in Florence and we really enjoyed our stay at Atelier delle Grazie. The room was great and the staff were extremely helpful. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Ponte Vecchio and the Ufizzi Gallery. We fell in love with Florence and when we return, we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Very nice hotel just steps from the river in one direction and from the Piazza della Signoria in the other. Also next door to the Galileo museum. Many restaurants nearby. The staff was very helpful with directions and advice and was very responsive to any questions or requests we had. Beautiful room with high wood ceilings.

The location is perfect - close to the Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi and all the Florence has to offer. A very comfortable and functional room, though all we did was sleep there after walking all over the city everyday!

The property is a bit hard to find. You must go 200ft further than listed address. Also it was not noted that the fridge is a mini bar - all other places in Italy was not this way so items are not complimentary. Location to sites were great and close to weekend markets.

The place was very nice, the room was small but cozy and perfectly equipped. The ladies of the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The only thing was that at arrival we couldn’t locate the property. Front desk Ladies helped and everything was fine.
